Automatic Discharge Principle of Mobile Toilets
The automatic discharge principle of mobile toilets varies depending on the type, mainly including three types: microbial degradation, direct discharge, and Beijing fully automatic mobile toilets. The automatic discharge principles are as follows:

Microbial Degradation Mobile Toilets
Solid excreta enter the fermentation tank through an automatically opening toilet bowl. The screw propeller in the fermentation tank rotates, mixing the initial ingredients, sawdust, biological strains, and feces. Under the action of an automatic temperature control device, solid excreta are decomposed into carbon dioxide and water, with a decomposition rate of ≥99%, thus achieving automatic discharge. Urine enters the urine collection tank and is automatically pumped into the aeration tank by a water pump when the tank is full. The sewage treated by microorganisms flows into the evaporation reaction tank, and after further treatment, part of the water evaporates, and part flows into the decolorization tank, eventually becoming colorless water stored in the water storage tank. By pressing the valve of the water supply pipe connected to the toilet, the pump installed outside the water storage tank automatically supplies water to flush the toilet, and the sewage after flushing flows into the foreign matter removal tank, forming a cycle.
Direct Discharge Mobile Toilets
The treatment unit is equipped with a biological degradation or chemical decomposition device inside, which converts organic matter into stable substances through microbial metabolism or redox reactions. The discharge unit is connected to the outlet pipe after treatment to control the orderly discharge of treated products. The treated liquid passes through multiple layers of filter media, with solid particles being retained step by step by screens of different pore sizes, and the liquid forms a laminar flow state in the pipe. A one-way valve device is installed at the outlet to prevent external liquid from flowing back, and the entire discharge process operates automatically relying on the internal pressure difference of the system.
Beijing Fully Automatic Mobile Toilets
After initial filtration, urine enters a biochemical reaction tank equipped with specific microbial communities. The decomposed water undergoes further activated carbon adsorption and ultraviolet disinfection, reaching a non-potable standard before being stored in a reclaimed water tank for the next flush. Solid feces are introduced into an independent drying and fermentation chamber, where the moisture content of the feces is evaporated to below 10% through built-in heating elements or microbial heat generation, forming odorless and stable dry powder, thus achieving automatic discharge.
