Mobile Toilet Attendant

Admin September 20, 2026

The positions related to mobile toilets mainly include operation and maintenance personnel and operators, with their respective responsibilities and requirements as follows:

Responsibilities and Requirements for Operation and Maintenance Personnel

  • Cleaning and Disinfection: Follow standardized operating procedures to ensure thorough cleaning and disinfection, maintaining hygiene standards for the equipment. Wear protective gloves, suits, and masks when on duty to avoid direct contact with waste and disinfectants. Disinfectant should be evenly sprayed without odor, covering the floor, inner walls, corners, and dead spaces. After disinfection, ventilate to remove any residual odors.
  • Waste Removal and Protection: Before removing waste, check the tightness of the tank to ensure no leaks or damage, and ensure the sewage pipe is tightly connected to prevent waste from spilling and contaminating the ground. Handle equipment gently during transportation, avoiding dragging or bumping to protect the bottom fecal storage tank and sealing structure. When storing, classify and arrange equipment neatly, placing the same models together and providing proper rain and sun protection.
  • Equipment Inspection and Maintenance: For non-water packing models, regularly check the remaining amount of sealing film and replace it promptly when exhausted, and inspect the mechanical transmission status of the packing. For water-flush models, check the water pressure and pipe connections daily to identify any leaks or seepage. Use appropriate tools to clear blocked pipes and avoid violent disassembly. Establish an inspection log to record waste removal times, disinfection frequencies, and fault locations. Check door locks, ventilation, and lighting accessories daily, tighten loose parts promptly, and replace aging parts in advance.
  • Environmental Adaptation and Operating Procedures: In cold winter conditions, drain water from the pipes and install insulation to prevent freezing and cracking. In hot summer conditions, increase the frequency of disinfection to reduce mosquito breeding and odor accumulation. Operators should avoid peak traffic times and place warning barriers to prevent pedestrians from approaching contaminated areas.

Responsibilities and Requirements for Operators

  • Daily Inspection: Before starting work each morning, conduct an exterior inspection to check for any damage to the toilet's appearance. Inspect internal facilities, including lighting, ventilation, flushing systems, sinks, mirrors, and toilet paper holders, and repair or replace any loose or damaged parts.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep the floor at least once a day and use specialized cleaners to remove stubborn stains. Clean the toilet after each use and use appropriate tools to clear blockages. Clean the sink daily and remove debris from the drain. Regularly clean mirrors and other facilities, and promptly repair or replace damaged toilet paper holders and other facilities.
