Assembly Process of Mobile Toilets

Admin October 19, 2026

The assembly process of mobile toilets typically includes steps such as foundation structure construction, wall and roof installation, door frame and door installation, sanitary ware installation, functional device installation, as well as detail finishing and beautification.

  1. Foundation Structure Construction: The foundation structure of a mobile toilet usually takes a water storage tank or container as the main body, which is cut into the desired shape using tools such as angle grinders to form an open tank. Universal wheels are fixed at the bottom for easy overall movement. At the same time, wooden strips or support plates are used to increase the height and are fixed to the main structure to provide support for subsequent installations.

  2. Wall and Roof Installation: Plastic soft panels or wooden boards are installed on the main structure as walls to form an enclosed space. For the roof, the upper half of the water storage tank or container is inverted and placed on top, serving both as a cover and utilizing its internal space for water storage.

  3. Door Frame and Door Installation: Sponge strips or wall fasteners are installed on both sides of the doorway to construct the door frame structure. The door body can be made of wooden boards or stainless steel basins, and door handles and hinges are installed to ensure smooth opening and closing and good sealing performance.

  4. Sanitary Ware Installation: Holes are drilled at the bottom and drain pipes are installed to form a floor drain system. The toilet is placed and fixed, and the water tank and water inlet pipe are connected to ensure normal flushing function. At the same time, a washbasin and faucet are installed and connected to the drain pipe to form a complete washing area.

  5. Functional Device Installation: According to requirements, a bathroom heater or showerhead is installed, and water pipes and three-way connectors are connected to provide bathing functions. A small water storage device is installed on the roof to supplement the water supply and ensure continuous water availability.

  6. Detail Finishing and Beautification: Waterproof paint is applied to wooden strips or walls to enhance aesthetics and extend service life. Glass glue is used to fix the toilet and washbasin, enhancing stability and preventing water leakage. All connections need to be sealed to ensure that the overall structure is firm and environmentally friendly and durable.

The design of mobile toilets should adhere to the principles of mobility, cost-effectiveness, durability, and environmental protection. The overall structure should be lightweight yet sturdy to adapt to the usage requirements of different scenarios.
