Mobile Toilet Assembly Process
The assembly process of mobile toilets varies depending on the type, mainly divided into two scenarios: standardized modular assembly and self-made water storage tank assembly. The specific steps are as follows:

I. Standardized Modular Mobile Toilet Assembly
Component Assembly
Factory-produced modular mobile toilets typically use prefabricated components, including wall panels, floor panels, roof panels, and internal fittings (such as toilets, sinks, and flushing systems). During assembly, align and assemble each component according to the design drawings to ensure precise engagement of the slots. For example, the connection between the wall panel and the floor panel requires slot positioning to avoid misalignment and structural instability.Fixing and Reinforcement
Use an electric drill with a 4.2mm drill bit to create holes at the joints, insert rivets, and secure them with a rivet gun. Ensure uniform spacing of the rivets (usually 20-30 cm apart) to enhance the overall structural strength. For electrical systems (such as lighting and exhaust fans), reserve wire channels and connect dedicated wiring to avoid safety hazards caused by exposed wires.Functional Testing and Quality Inspection
After assembly, conduct three core tests:- Waterproof Testing: Simulate rainy conditions through spraying or immersion to check for leaks at the joints.
- Electrical System Inspection: Use an insulation resistance tester to check the insulation of the wiring and ensure stable voltage.
- Appearance Quality Check: Verify that the surface coating is uniform, fittings are securely installed, and door locks open and close smoothly.
II. Self-Made Water Storage Tank Mobile Toilet Assembly
Basic Structure Construction
With the water storage tank as the core, install universal wheels (with a load capacity of ≥200 kg) at the four corners of the base plate for easy mobility. Place the water storage tank in the center of the base plate, cut an opening (approximately 40 cm in diameter) at the top as the waste collection port. If additional height is needed, stack two water storage tanks and secure the outer frame with self-tapping screws.Drainage System Installation
Drill a hole (approximately 5 cm in diameter) in the floor of the tank, insert a 90° elbow and a pipe, and seal the gaps with waterproof glue. When installing the toilet, apply glue at the bottom for fixation, connect the water tank inlet pipe (recommended to use PPR pipes) and the shower hose, ensuring the correct water flow direction and no leaks.Accessory Installation
Cut a rectangular opening (180 cm high and 50 cm wide) on the side of the tank, install the door panel and door handle. When fixing the sink, reserve a drainage port and connect the drain pipe to the water storage tank or an external drainage system. Finally, check that all screws are tightened to avoid loosening during use.
General Precautions:
- Modular products must strictly follow the manufacturer's maintenance manual and prohibit unauthorized modification of the structure.
- For self-made scenarios, focus on testing the sealing of the drainage system. It is considered qualified if there are no leaks after 24 hours of water injection observation.
- Electrical component installation must be carried out by professionals to avoid the risk of electric shock.
