Mobile Toilet Assembly Process
The assembly process of a mobile toilet mainly includes four steps: structural design, material cutting and forming, assembly, and inspection and testing.

Firstly, structural design is the foundation of assembly. This step requires the use of computer-aided design software to plan the toilet's dimensions, internal layout, and load-bearing scheme according to actual needs. During the design process, full consideration must be given to the toilet's functionality, space utilization, and structural stability to ensure the smooth progress of subsequent assembly work.
Secondly, material cutting and forming is a crucial step. Based on the designed drawings, metal sheets are cut and welded, or plastic components are injection-molded. This step demands high precision because the dimensions and shapes of the materials directly affect the accuracy and quality of subsequent assembly. For example, when cutting metal sheets, it is necessary to ensure that the edges are flat and the welds are firm and seamless; for injection-molded plastic components, the surface should be smooth without bubbles or cracks.
Next is the assembly step. The prefabricated wall panels, floor panels, roof panels, and internal fittings (such as toilets, sinks, and flushing systems) are joined together. Specifically, the inner corners are installed in sequence first, and then the panels are inserted into the slots and aligned. During the joining process, holes need to be drilled at specified positions, rivets inserted, and fixed with a rivet gun to ensure a firm connection between components. Attention should be paid to detail handling during assembly, such as the installation of sealing strips to prevent water leakage.
Finally, inspection and testing is an important step to ensure the quality of the mobile toilet. After assembly is complete, a waterproof test is required to check for any water leakage in various parts of the toilet; the electrical system should be inspected to ensure electrical safety; at the same time, the appearance quality should be checked to ensure that the toilet surface is flat without scratches or deformation. Through rigorous inspection and testing, problems can be identified and resolved in a timely manner to ensure the performance and safety of the mobile toilet.
The entire assembly process emphasizes modular production, which is conducive to ensuring product consistency and facilitating later transportation and on-site installation.
