Mobile Toilet Assembly Method

Admin September 21, 2026

The assembly methods for mobile toilets vary depending on the type. Common types include general-purpose mobile toilets and the Behao BH132 (PP) mobile toilet. Here are the specific assembly steps:

General-Purpose Mobile Toilet

  1. Prepare Tools: After receiving the goods, prepare an electric drill, a 4.2mm drill bit, and a rivet gun in advance. These tools are essential for the subsequent assembly process. The electric drill is used for drilling holes, the drill bit must match the drilling requirements, and the rivet gun is used for securing components.
  2. Install Inner Corners: Install the inner corners sequentially. This is a foundational step in constructing the mobile toilet frame. Ensure that the inner corners are installed firmly and accurately positioned to provide a stable support structure for the subsequent assembly of the panels.
  3. Assemble Panels: Insert the panels into the slots. Ensure alignment during assembly to achieve tight and flat connections between the panels. Once the top and panels are aligned, use the prepared 4.2mm drill bit to drill holes. The drilling positions must be precise to ensure effective rivet fixation later.
  4. Secure Components: Insert rivets into the drilled holes and then use the rivet gun to secure them firmly. This ensures that the panels are tightly connected, forming a stable overall structure and ensuring the robustness and stability of the mobile toilet.

  1. Assemble Main Body: This mobile toilet mainly consists of the upper toilet body (including the toilet lid and seat ring), the lower toilet body, and components such as the tissue box and inner toilet bowl. Upon receipt, the upper toilet body comes with snap fasteners. During assembly, simply snap the upper body onto the lower body and press down to secure it, ensuring a tight connection between the snap fasteners to prevent loosening.
  2. Anti-Slip Treatment: The bottom of the toilet is equipped with four arc-shaped anti-slip strips, primarily used for bathroom anti-slip to ensure safety during use. If the anti-slip strips are lost during use, contact the merchant for a replacement. Reinstall the anti-slip strips before using the toilet again.
