Mobile Toilet Assembly
Admin October 07, 2026
There are various assembly methods for mobile toilets, with the following common types and assembly key points:

Simple Homemade Type
Some simple mobile toilets can be homemade using everyday materials. For example, some people have created mobile restrooms using several buckets. The assembly process is as follows:
- Base Construction: Install universal wheels on a wooden board to serve as the base. The universal wheels facilitate the movement of the toilet. The size and thickness of the wooden board should be determined based on the number of buckets and the overall load-bearing requirements to ensure a stable base.
- Bucket Fixation: Fix the cut buckets onto the base. The buckets can act as water storage containers for collecting waste or providing shower water. Ensure proper sizing during cutting to guarantee a tight connection with the base.
- Entrance/Exit Creation: Create an entrance/exit at an appropriate location for easy access. The size of the entrance/exit should conform to ergonomic principles for ease of use.
- Extension and Heightening & Bucket Lid Installation: Extend and heighten the buckets to meet the required usage height and install bucket lids to prevent odor emission.
- Wooden Door Processing: Process and install a wooden door to provide a certain level of privacy. The wooden door material should be sturdy, and the opening and closing should be flexible.
- Drainage System Connection: Connect the drainage pipe and floor drain to ensure smooth sewage discharge. The slope of the drainage pipe should be reasonable to avoid water accumulation.
- Shower Facility Installation: Install a green bucket with a water pipe connector as the water tank. Use PVC pipes to make a showerhead and connect it to the water pipe to realize the shower function.
- Toilet Installation: Install a toilet according to needs. You can choose a simple toilet or a regular toilet and ensure it is firmly installed.
Assembled Outdoor Type
Assembled outdoor mobile toilets adopt a modular design and can be quickly assembled on-site:
- Walls and Floor: The walls are made of 50mm thick sandwich panels, which have good thermal insulation, heat insulation, and sound insulation properties. The floor is made of non-slip patterned stainless steel or marble, which is non-slip and easy to clean.
- Sanitary Facility Selection: You can choose sit toilets, squat toilets, or shower facilities according to needs to meet the usage requirements of different scenarios.
- Applicable Scenarios: Suitable for construction sites, large-scale events, etc. They can be quickly set up and dismantled, facilitating movement and reuse.
Large Assembled Type
For large assembled toilets that solve transportation problems, such as those that are five meters wide and eight meters long:
- Factory Division: Divide the toilet into two parts in the factory for easy transportation. Ensure structural integrity during division to facilitate subsequent assembly.
- On-site Assembly: Assemble the two parts into a complete toilet on-site. At the same time, divide it into male and female toilet areas to meet the usage needs of different genders.
