How to Install a Mobile Toilet and Sink Rack

Admin October 12, 2026

The installation of a mobile toilet and sink rack typically involves three steps: assembling the frame, installing the mobile components, and securing the accessories. Specific operations should be adjusted according to the product's structural design.

1. Assembling the Frame

  1. Building the Basic Frame
Take out the perforated iron rods (usually 2 pieces) and the non-perforated short iron rods (3 pieces). Insert the short iron rods into the corresponding holes of the perforated iron rods to form a rectangular or square basic frame. For multi-layer structures, repeatedly insert vertical iron rods and use plastic connectors to secure each layer's trays. Ensure the trays are oriented correctly according to the instructions to avoid uneven weight distribution due to misalignment.
  2. Reinforcing the Connectors
Press the iron rod connectors firmly during assembly to prevent the frame from falling apart due to looseness. If the connectors have a snap-fit design, confirm that the snaps are fully engaged to enhance structural stability.

2. Installing Mobile Components

  1. Securing the Wheels
Screw each wheel into the screw holes on the bottom panel one by one. Ensure the four wheels are symmetrically positioned and tightly screwed to prevent the rack from tilting or tipping over during movement due to loose wheels.
  2. Strengthening the Support Rods
If the design includes support rods, insert them into the corresponding holes at the bottom or middle of the frame and press them firmly until they cannot wobble to enhance the overall load-bearing capacity. Failure to press the support rods firmly may cause the rack to deform or break.

3. Securing the Accessories

  1. Installing Hooks/Bars
Install hooks or bars (e.g., for hanging towels) as needed, usually securing them to the top holes. If the accessories require screws, use the provided screwdriver to tighten them; if they have a snap-fit design, confirm that the snaps are fully engaged in the holes.
  2. Securing Adhesive Plates Without Drilling (if applicable)
If the sink rack includes adhesive plates that do not require drilling, first peel off the protective paper from the plates, clean the wall (ensuring it is free of dust and oil), and then press the plates onto the wall. Keep them undisturbed for 48 hours to ensure a firm bond. Touching dirt or moving them prematurely will reduce the adhesive strength.

Precautions:

  • Before assembly, carefully read the product instructions to confirm the names and installation order of each component to avoid operational errors due to structural differences.
  • Regularly check the tightness of the wheels and support rods on mobile racks to prevent looseness due to prolonged use.
  • If the sink rack has a complex design (e.g., with folding functions), follow the instructions step by step to avoid damaging components through forced assembly.
