Mobile Toilet and Shower Room Production

Admin October 12, 2026

There are mainly the following methods for producing mobile toilet and shower rooms:

I. Producing a mobile toilet using a water storage tank This is a relatively simple method. By reasonably utilizing the space and water storage function of a water storage tank, a mobile space with basic sanitary functions can be constructed. A water storage tank of an appropriate capacity and material can be selected to ensure it is sturdy, durable, and can meet usage requirements. During the production process, the water storage tank needs to be appropriately modified, such as making openings at suitable positions for installing sanitary facilities like toilets and washbasins, and ensuring proper sealing to prevent water leakage. This production method has relatively low costs and is suitable for scenarios where the sanitary conditions are not highly demanding and the budget is limited.

II. Producing a mobile toilet using a water storage tank and a pallet First, fix universal wheels at the four corners of the bottom of the pallet for easy movement. Place the water storage tank retrieved from a garbage station and use an angle grinder to cut along the marked line on the top of the water storage tank to form an open tank. Invert another open-top water storage tank and stack it on the first tank, and fix the outer frame with self-tapping screws to enhance the structural stability. Then, cut out a rectangular opening to form a doorway for easy access. Make a hole in the internal floor of the water storage tank, insert an elbow, connect it to a water pipe, and seal it. Cut off the excess water pipe to provide a water supply channel for the subsequent installation of sanitary facilities. Install and fix the toilet to ensure stability during use. Fix the water pipe on the wall with clamps, install a faucet and a pipe cap, connect the drain pipe outlet, and fix a washbasin made of a stainless steel basin. Connect the water inlet pipe of the toilet tank and the shower hose, install a shower bracket, a toilet seat, and a spray-type showerhead made of a water pipe to complete the various functions of the toilet. Finally, make a door for the toilet using wooden boards and hinges and install a door handle to ensure privacy and safety. The mobile toilet produced in this way has relatively complete functions, but the production process is relatively complex and requires certain hands-on skills and tools.

III. On-site production and installation of customized mobile shower rooms This type of mobile shower room includes various facilities such as a toilet, a water heater, a bath heater, a top-spray showerhead, an exhaust fan, and a beauty mirror, with complete functions. During production, only water and electricity need to be connected, and no bricks or tiles are required. It can be completed and put into use on the same day, which is convenient and fast. It is suitable for users who have high requirements for sanitary conditions and hope to quickly have a complete mobile toilet and shower room, although its cost is relatively high.
