Bottom of Mobile Toilet and Shower Room

Admin October 10, 2026

The bottom design of mobile toilets and shower rooms features multiple characteristics to meet usage needs in different scenarios and ensure a satisfactory user experience.

Firstly, the bottom typically employs an integrated frame structure, usually made of sturdy steel or aluminum alloy. This structure provides strong support, capable of bearing the weight of the toilet itself, its internal facilities, and users, ensuring stability on various road conditions without wobbling or tilting, thereby safeguarding user safety.

Secondly, it is equipped with sealing devices. Sealing materials such as sealing strips are widely used along the bottom edges, serving a significant purpose. On one hand, they effectively prevent the leakage of sewage and odors, avoiding environmental pollution; on the other hand, they prevent external dust and debris from entering the toilet interior, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene. Additionally, they reduce water erosion, extending the toilet's service life.

Furthermore, a drainage system is designed. There is usually a drainage slope to allow sewage to flow smoothly to the drainage outlet and then be discharged through pipes. The drainage pipes have a large diameter and smooth inner walls, enabling rapid sewage discharge and preventing water accumulation. Some mobile toilet bottoms also feature anti-odor traps, utilizing the water seal principle to prevent odor backflow, further improving the toilet's air quality.

Moreover, rubber shock-absorbing pads are installed at the four corners or appropriate positions of the bottom. This reduces the rigid contact between the mobile toilet and the ground, minimizing noise and vibration transmission during movement, enhancing user comfort. Simultaneously, it protects the toilet bottom and the ground to some extent, preventing damage caused by friction.

Some mobile toilet bottoms are pre-drilled with installation holes, facilitating the installation of additional equipment when needed, such as fixing devices and auxiliary support equipment, to adapt to different usage scenarios and requirements, enhancing the toilet's versatility and flexibility. Additionally, the bases of some mobile toilet and shower room bottoms are made of PVC in one piece, which does not crack after long-term use and offers good durability.
