Mobile Toilet Accessories Installation Guide
Here is the installation guide for mobile toilet (mobile toilet bowl) accessories:

I. Basic Accessory Installation
Unpacking and Inspection
Upon receiving the package, immediately unpack and check the accessory list to ensure that basic components such as silicone anti-slip pads, upper and lower toilet bodies, and buckles are complete. If any items are missing or damaged, promptly contact the supplier for replacements to avoid interruptions during subsequent installation.Installing Anti-slip Pads
Insert the silicone anti-slip pads into the recesses at the four corners of the bottom, ensuring a tight fit between the pads and the toilet body. The purpose of the anti-slip pads is to increase friction and prevent the mobile toilet from sliding during use, especially on smooth floor surfaces.Assembling Upper and Lower Toilet Bodies
Align the interfaces of the upper and lower toilet bodies, and press down evenly with both hands until the buckles click and are fully engaged. Pay attention to applying even pressure during this step to avoid buckle breakage or toilet body deformation due to localized stress. After assembly, gently shake the toilet body to check for secure connections.
II. Special Accessory Installation (Taking Toilet Offset Connector as an Example)
If special accessories such as toilet offset connectors are involved, installation should be completed before laying floor tiles. The specific process is as follows:
Measurement and Cutting
Measure the offset distance according to actual needs, use a steel ruler and marking pen to mark the cutting line on the main body of the offset connector, and then use a saw to cut it to the appropriate length along the marked line. Keep the cut edge flat during cutting to avoid burrs affecting the sealing of subsequent connections.Component Connection
Apply a uniform layer of special adhesive on the connecting surfaces of the offset connector body and elbow, quickly align the interfaces and rotate to insert to the specified depth, ensuring that the adhesive fully fills the gaps. Allow the adhesive to cure for 5-10 minutes to prevent component loosening.Floor Grooving and Fixing
Use an electric hammer to groove the floor. The groove width should be slightly larger than the diameter of the offset connector (usually 2-3mm more), and the depth should be such that the offset connector is flush with the floor after being buried. Place the offset connector in the groove, fill the gaps with cement or special fixing adhesive and compact it, and wait for 24 hours for complete drying before proceeding to the next step.Toilet Installation
Install a sealing ring at the outlet of the offset connector, align the toilet drain with the offset connector interface and slowly lower it, adjust the position and secure the bottom of the toilet with bolts. Finally, connect the water inlet pipe, turn on the water valve to test the flushing function and sealing, ensuring there are no leaks.
Precautions: Wear gloves during installation to avoid skin injuries from adhesive or sharp tools; if water and electricity modifications are involved, it is recommended to have them performed by professionals to ensure safety.
