Mobile Toilet 3D Diagram

Admin October 08, 2026

The 3D model design of a mobile toilet typically includes key parts such as the overall diagram, back diagram, bottom structure, and top structure. The following provides an introduction from the aspects of design structure and materials:

Overall Structure

The 3D model of a mobile toilet generally presents a relatively regular cube or near-cube shape. This is to meet the basic spatial requirements of its functionality as a building while facilitating transportation and installation. The overall frame is composed of a frame-type structure welded from steel, which has high strength and stability, enabling it to withstand certain external forces and ensuring the safety of the mobile toilet during use. The design of the frame structure also fully considers the need for lifting. Lifting points are set at appropriate positions on the frame to facilitate the overall handling and installation using equipment such as cranes.

Back Structure

The back diagram mainly shows the appearance and structural details of the back of the mobile toilet. Usually, some vents or exhaust devices are installed on the back to ensure air circulation inside the toilet and reduce the accumulation of odors. The design of the vents is optimized according to different usage environments and requirements. For example, in places with high air quality requirements, larger-area or more efficient ventilation equipment may be used. In addition, some pipes and circuits may be installed on the back for connecting to the water source, power supply, and sewage system, etc.

Bottom Structure

The bottom is welded from channel steel or I-beams, which can provide a solid foundation support to ensure the stability of the mobile toilet when placed. Channel steel and I-beams have high load-bearing capacities and can withstand the weight of the toilet itself as well as the dynamic loads during use by people. At the same time, the bottom structure also takes into account waterproofing and moisture-proofing issues. Special treatments are usually carried out, such as applying waterproof coatings or installing waterproof boards, to prevent groundwater infiltration from causing damage to the interior of the toilet.

Top Structure

The top structure not only needs to serve the purpose of sheltering from wind and rain but also requires certain heat insulation and thermal insulation properties. Common top materials may include color-coated steel sheets or other materials with good heat insulation properties to reduce the impact of external temperatures on the interior of the toilet. Some drainage devices, such as rain gutters and drainage pipes, may also be installed on the top to ensure that rainwater can be drained in a timely manner during rainfall and prevent water accumulation from damaging the toilet.

Material Selection

Wall materials include color-coated steel sheets, fiberglass-reinforced plastics, stainless steel, metal carved panels, etc. These materials have different characteristics and advantages and can be selected according to actual needs. For example, color-coated steel sheets have the advantages of being lightweight, having high strength, and being easy to install; fiberglass-reinforced plastics have characteristics such as corrosion resistance and good waterproofing; stainless steel has a beautiful appearance and strong durability; metal carved panels have good decorative properties.
