Mobile Toilet

Admin September 21, 2026

Mobile toilets are facilities that can be moved as a whole and provide toilet services to the public. They are suitable for various places and come in multiple types and classification methods.

I. Basic Composition
Mobile toilets are generally composed of fecal sewage storage tanks (or fecal sewage treatment devices), floor slabs, sanitary ware, walls, washing equipment, water tanks, roofs, and mobile devices. Their materials have evolved from wood to fiberglass-reinforced plastic and polyethylene, solving the problem of easy odor absorption in the early days.

II. Classification Methods

  1. By structural form: They are divided into single-structure mobile toilets and composite-structure mobile toilets. Single-structure toilets usually refer to independent units suitable for small-scale use; composite-structure toilets are composed of multiple units to meet larger demands.
  2. By mobility method: They are divided into lifting and handling-type mobile toilets and powered and towed-type mobile toilets. Lifting-type toilets rely on lifting equipment, while handling-type toilets require manual or small mechanical handling; powered-type toilets have built-in driving devices, and towed-type toilets need vehicle traction.
  3. By sewage treatment method: They are divided into water-flush and waterless-flush suction-type, circulating water-flush type, and dry-packing type. Water-flush toilets rely on a water source, waterless-flush toilets treat feces through suction, circulating water-flush toilets can reuse water resources, and dry-packing toilets seal and pack feces for subsequent treatment.

III. Specific Types

  1. Corrugated board mobile toilets: The color can be customized, the frame is fully galvanized, and the structure is sturdy and durable. The wall panels are made of galvanized corrugated boards, with a simple and elegant appearance, suitable for long-term outdoor use.
  2. Metal carved board mobile restrooms: They have a service life of over 30 years, adopt automotive paint technology, have a smooth and corrosion-resistant surface. Internally, they are equipped with men's and women's restrooms and a sink, suitable for public places with high pedestrian traffic.

IV. Application Scenarios
Due to their mobility, combinability, and ease of transportation, mobile toilets are widely used in stations, docks, tourist attractions, villa areas, newly built residential areas, large construction sites, squares, densely populated public places, and bustling commercial streets. Their flexibility and adaptability make them important facilities for solving temporary or fixed toilet needs.
