Mobile Tent Toilet
A mobile tent toilet is a type of mobile toilet with a tent as its main structure, which can be flexibly set up and dismantled.

Structural and Material Characteristics
The main structure of a mobile tent toilet is a tent, and the materials are diverse. For example, the Naturehike folding lightweight changing tent uses 210D Oxford cloth, which has a high waterproof index and can meet the waterproof requirements for outdoor use. There is also the single-person shower silver-coated tent, whose silver-coated fabric is not only waterproof but also has sun-blocking functions, enabling it to adapt to different outdoor environmental conditions and ensure the comfort of users.
Wide Range of Application Scenarios
Mobile tent toilets are used in various scenarios. During large-scale commemorative events, such as the ceremony to commemorate the 80th anniversary of the victory of the Chinese People's War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression and the World Anti-Fascist War on September 3, 2025, tent-style toilets were set up in crowded areas such as the east side of the Great Hall of the People and the west side of the National Museum of China, effectively solving the toilet problems caused by the concentration of people during the event.
Continuous Upgrades and Optimization
Taking the tent-style temporary toilets in the Tiananmen area (west side of the National Museum of China) in Beijing as an example, Beijing Environmental Sanitation Group carried out a comprehensive upgrade in March 2026. In terms of structure, stainless steel and aluminum alloy materials were used to strengthen the structure, improving the stability and durability of the toilets. For privacy protection, the partitions around the squatting positions were raised to 1.8 meters, and independent partitions were installed for the urinals. To meet the needs of special groups, barrier-free toilets equipped with toilets, safety handrails, SOS alarm buttons, etc., were newly added. In terms of intelligent guidance, each toilet cubicle was equipped with handrails, hooks, storage racks, and occupied/unoccupied status indicators. For odor control, multiple measures such as improving the floor design, installing sealing rings, and adding exhaust fans were taken to strengthen odor control. After the upgrade, there were a total of 142 squatting positions, 5 barrier-free toilet positions, and 128 urinal positions, which could better meet the needs of different groups of people.
