Technical Parameters of Mobile Smart Toilets
The technical parameters of mobile smart toilets mainly include aspects such as appearance and structure, internal functions and configurations, environmental adaptability and energy, as well as other parameters.

Appearance and Structure Parameters: The dimensions are usually determined based on the design capacity and transportation convenience. For example, the standard dimensions are 1000×1000×2400mm, with a compact and reasonable internal layout. The weight is influenced by the material of the main structure. Using a combination of high-strength steel frames and lightweight eco-friendly wall panels can effectively control the weight. The main frame is made of high-strength alloy material, with a thickness of about 12mm and a weight of approximately 108kg. In terms of materials, the main frame is mostly made of high-quality steel and undergoes anti-corrosion treatment. The wall materials take into account properties such as thermal insulation, heat insulation, fire resistance, and moisture resistance. Common options include metal carved panels and color-steel composite panels. The floor materials are required to be slip-resistant, wear-resistant, and corrosion-resistant.
Internal Functions and Configuration Parameters: The toilet cubicle configuration includes the number and layout of cubicles. When selecting facilities such as squat toilets or sit-down toilets inside the cubicles, factors like water-saving performance and ease of cleaning should be considered. Details such as slow-closing toilet seat lids and antibacterial materials can enhance user comfort and hygiene standards. For hand-washing and cleaning facilities, the hand-washing sinks should be made of materials that are stain-resistant and easy to clean. Sensor-type faucets are preferable. Hand soap dispensers and hand dryers (or paper towel dispensers) should be fully equipped, and the installation height should conform to ergonomic principles. Some high-end mobile public toilets are also equipped with mirrors and storage shelves. Common waste disposal methods include water-flushing types, waterless flushing and packaging types, and biodegradation types, each with different focuses. For example, water-flushing types need to pay attention to the flushing volume and flushing method. For waterless flushing and packaging types, it is necessary to understand the material, replacement cycle, and sealing performance of the packaging bags. Biodegradation types involve complex parameters such as the type of bacteria, degradation efficiency, and temperature control.
Environmental Adaptability and Energy Parameters: The operating temperature range is from -10℃ to 60℃. Optional insulation layers ranging from 100 - 1000mm are used to cope with extreme climates.
Other Parameters: The accessory configurations include crane hooks, wear-resistant forklift bases, toilet exhaust pipes, mirrors, coat hooks, and paper towel dispensers. The standard capacity of the wastewater tank is 400 liters, supporting continuous use of the flushing toilet for about 200 times, suitable for scenarios with an average daily usage of less than 50 people. In terms of durability assurance, the main frame needs to pass salt spray tests to ensure no rusting in humid environments for 19 years. The wastewater tank adopts a sealed design, and the equipment achieves replaceable key components through modular design.
