Mobile Small Toilet Renovation Plan

Admin October 09, 2026

The renovation of mobile small toilets should focus on modularity, functional optimization, humanization, and scenario adaptation. The specific plan is as follows:

1. Modular and Flexible Deployment Design
Combine lightweight metal frames (such as iron sheet profiles) with durable panels (such as color-coated steel sheets) to enable piece-by-piece delivery and rapid on-site assembly. The main frame is primarily made of metal, with color-coated steel sheet edging on the exterior, ensuring structural strength while being rust-resistant and easy to clean. The interior adopts a top-and-bottom separation design for easy transportation to remote areas or temporary scenarios, and supports the combination of multiple units to accommodate varying levels of foot traffic.

2. Functional Configuration Optimization

  • Basic Functions: Standard plastic windows are used to introduce natural light, reducing lighting energy consumption; metal locks ensure usage safety; color-coated steel edging prevents sharp edges from being exposed, reducing safety hazards.
  • Extended Functions: Depending on needs, a shower function can be added, with waterproof sealing design (such as silicone sealing strips) to prevent water leakage and form a simple shower room; for wet-dry separation, drainage channels and waste collection buckets are used to separate wastewater from solid waste, reducing cleaning difficulty, but regular cleaning of the waste collection bucket is required to avoid odors.
  • Special Scenario Adaptation: For new rural renovations or outdoor construction scenarios, a third toilet or sanitation station can be added, equipped with facilities such as refrigerators and microwaves to enhance convenience for special groups (such as the elderly and disabled individuals).

3. Humanized Detail Design

  • Space Utilization: The interior dimensions balance practicality and compactness (such as 1100×1100mm, height 2000mm), with ventilation openings reserved at the top and anti-slip floors at the bottom.
  • Thermal Insulation: The interior夹层 (interlayer) is filled with 5mm-thick foam material to adapt to outdoor environments with large temperature differences, and electric heating films can be used for auxiliary insulation in winter.
  • Safety Protection: Windows and doors adopt rounded corner designs for smooth opening and closing; avoid hitting the color-coated steel surface with hard objects to prevent coating peeling and rusting; anti-slip stripes are set on the floor to reduce the risk of slipping.

4. Appearance and Environmental Integration
Soft colors such as light beige and light brown are used as the base, with dark blue outlining the borders, allowing the toilet to naturally blend into the surrounding environment; environmentally friendly coatings can be sprayed on the surface to reduce light pollution.

5. Maintenance and Long-Term Use
In winter, drain any standing water and check the drainage system to prevent freezing and structural damage; for long-term disuse, it is recommended to disassemble and store in a dry and ventilated place to avoid rusting of metal parts; regularly check the sealing strips and locks to ensure normal functionality.
