Mobile Small Toilet Configuration
The configuration of mobile small toilets is designed around the needs of hygiene, convenience, and durability, primarily encompassing the following core modules:

Core Sanitary Fixtures
- Toilets: Primarily ceramic squat toilets or sit-down toilets, with high-end products using stainless steel materials. They are equipped with foot-operated or sensor-operated flush valves, with water tank capacities ranging from 5 to 10 liters, balancing water conservation and cleaning effectiveness.
- Handwashing Systems: Include ceramic or stainless steel hand basins (30-40 cm wide), push-button or sensor-operated faucets, and water storage tanks to ensure basic cleaning needs.
- Other Accessories: Standard equipment includes mirrors, coat hooks, storage shelves, toilet paper holders, and trash cans; high-specification products add child safety seats or toilet seat rings to enhance convenience.
Environmental Control Systems
- Ventilation Systems: Standard with 20-50 watt powerful exhaust fans, providing 10-15 air changes per hour. Some products feature dual exhaust designs (top or side walls) to quickly eliminate odors.
- Lighting Systems: Internally equipped with 5-15 watt LED energy-saving lights, with some products featuring emergency lights to ensure low energy consumption and safety.
- Temperature Control Systems: In cold regions, insulation materials, electric heaters, or warm air blowers are installed; in hot regions, ventilation skylights or small air conditioners are added to adapt to different climatic conditions.
Water Supply and Drainage, and Power Systems
- Water Supply Systems: Divided into self-contained tank types (freshwater tank capacities of 100-300 liters) and external water source types (directly connected to municipal water pipes), providing flexibility for scenarios without a water source.
- Sewage Systems: Traditional methods use bottom sewage tanks (capacities of 200-500 liters), while eco-friendly products adopt foam sealing or microbial degradation technologies to reduce pollution.
- Power Systems: Support 220V mains power access or are powered by built-in batteries (e.g., 12V/100Ah) and solar panels, ensuring use in remote areas.
Structure and Accessories
- Door Locks and Indicators: Internally equipped with safety door locks and externally with 'Occupied/Unoccupied' indicator locks or LED displays to enhance privacy protection.
- Materials and Flooring: Wall panels are made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE), fiberglass, or color-coated steel plates, while the floor uses anti-slip flooring or fiberglass floor grilles to ensure durability and safety.
- Accessibility Facilities: For special populations, handrails, wheelchair turning spaces, and low-level hand basins are provided, reflecting humanized design.
Other Configurations: Standard products adopt a gray and white color scheme, with metal carved panels providing insulation, heat resistance, and corrosion resistance. They feature light and ventilation sliding windows and gray aluminum alloy exterior doors; double-squat toilet products use metal carved panels for exterior walls and are internally equipped with ceramic squat toilets, hand basins, exhaust fans, PC ceilings, and LED ceiling lights. The richer the configuration, the higher the price and later maintenance costs. Production must comply with national standards such as 'GB/T 26963-2011 Mobile Toilets'.
