Mobile Sliding Door Toilet

Admin September 26, 2026

Common types of mobile sliding door toilets include tidal public toilets and mobile simple toilets, which have different characteristics in terms of door settings and usage functions.

Tidal Public Toilets

Tidal public toilets are an innovative type of public toilet that achieve dynamic adjustment of male and female toilet stalls through physical partitions. In tidal public toilets, a lockable sliding tidal door is installed between the male and female toilets. This design is quite ingenious. When there is a need to increase the number of toilet stalls for a particular gender, the tidal door can be opened to convert some of the stalls originally belonging to the other gender into general-use areas, creating a bidirectionally connected space. For example, during peak female toilet usage periods, the tidal door can be opened to temporarily adjust some of the stalls originally designated for male use to female use, thereby alleviating the situation of women waiting in line. The lockable sliding tidal door not only ensures safety during stall adjustments but also effectively avoids potential embarrassment and inconvenience for users of different genders in the same space.

Mobile Simple Toilets

The door design of mobile simple toilets is relatively simple but practical. The door is equipped with a door bolt. When a user enters the toilet and pulls the door bolt, it triggers a display device that clearly shows an "Occupied" sign outside. This allows others outside to intuitively know that the toilet is currently in use, avoiding unnecessary waiting and accidental pushing. When the user finishes and pulls the door bolt open, the display device outside changes to an "Unoccupied" state, indicating to others that they can enter. The coordination between the door bolt and the display device, although simple, efficiently solves the problem of information transmission regarding the usage status of mobile simple toilets, making it convenient for people to quickly find available toilets.
