Mobile Single Toilet Function

Admin September 21, 2026

The mobile single toilet has complete toilet functions, including core components such as a toilet bowl, hand-washing device, and storage container. It also integrates systems for closed-loop processing, ventilation, and energy supply, enabling independent operation without odor diffusion.

1. Basic Functional Components
The core functions of the mobile single toilet are designed around toilet needs. The toilet bowl usually comes in a sitting or squatting form, with some high-end models equipped with an automatic sensor flushing system that completes cleaning without manual operation. The hand-washing device integrates a small faucet and a water storage container, with some models featuring foot-pedal or sensor-activated water flow to reduce the risk of contact contamination. The storage container is designed for separate solid and liquid waste. After entering the container, solid waste is solidified using biodegradable materials (such as wood chips or coconut husk fibers) or chemical coagulants (such as superabsorbent polymers), while liquid waste passes through multiple filter layers (such as activated carbon and ceramic membranes) to separate impurities and is ultimately stored in an independent container.

2. Closed-Loop Processing System
It operates based on the principle of closed-loop processing, with waste not being directly discharged into the external environment. Biodegradable models use microorganisms to decompose solid waste into harmless organic substances, while chemical coagulation models utilize coagulants to convert liquid waste into gel-like solids, reducing the risk of leakage. The liquid processing system transports urine to the filter layer through gravity or a micro-pump, and the separated clean water can be recycled for flushing or hand-washing (some models require regular water replenishment), achieving efficient water resource utilization.

3. Ventilation and Odor Control
The ventilation system achieves air exchange through an activated carbon filter device at the top. Exhaust gases are channeled through pipes to the filter layer, where activated carbon adsorbs odor molecules such as hydrogen sulfide and ammonia. The purified air is then discharged from the top, preventing odor diffusion into the external environment. Some models are additionally equipped with small exhaust fans to accelerate air circulation and improve ventilation efficiency.

4. Energy Supply and Automated Control
The mobile single toilet relies on solar panels or batteries to power its control system. Solar panels are installed on the top to convert light energy into electrical energy, supplying power to sensor devices, exhaust fans, lighting, and other components. Batteries serve as a backup power source to ensure normal operation during rainy weather or at night. The control system integrates sensors and microprocessors to monitor parameters such as storage container capacity, water level, and air quality in real-time, and alerts maintenance personnel to clean or replace consumables through indicator lights or remote signals.

5. Additional Functions of High-End Models
Some high-end models further optimize the user experience by being equipped with air conditioning systems to regulate internal temperature and adapt to extreme climates; deodorization systems that eliminate residual odors through ultraviolet sterilization or ozone generators; and some models even integrate emergency call buttons connected to a management platform to enhance safety. These functions are integrated through modular design without affecting the stability and portability of the basic structure.
