Mobile Shower Toilet Installation Method
The installation of a mobile shower toilet should follow the steps below to ensure safety and functionality:

Site Selection and Ground Preparation
Choose a flat area with a solid foundation, avoiding slopes, low-lying areas, or soft soil. The ground should be simply leveled, and if possible, a gravel or concrete base can be laid to enhance load-bearing and drainage capabilities, while leaving enough space for personnel to enter and exit. When installing on a slope, a platform should be built to level the main structure.Main Structure Assembly
Mobile toilets are usually transported to the site in prefabricated components. Assemble the base plate, wall panels, roof cover, and other parts in the order specified in the instructions, paying special attention to checking whether the snap-fit or bolt connections are tight, ensuring the roof is well-sealed to prevent rainwater infiltration. When installing multiple units in combination, maintain reasonable spacing to avoid obstructing ventilation or operation.Sewage System Connection
- Flush Type: Connect to the sewage pipeline, maintaining a pipeline slope (usually ≥2%) to facilitate the natural flow of waste. A sealing ring should be installed at the connection between the sewage outlet and the external pipeline to prevent leakage.
- Waterless/Biodegradable Type: Place the sewage storage tank, ensuring the tank is stable and well-sealed to prevent odor diffusion. In cold regions, insulation measures should be taken for the sewage storage tank to prevent freezing and cracking.
Water Supply and Flush Device Installation
Connect the water supply hose and tighten the joints. After installation, open the valve to check for leaks. Secure the flush water tank and adjust the water output and response speed of the flush valve. In cold regions, the water pipes should be wrapped with insulation materials to prevent freezing damage.Ventilation System Setup
Install an exhaust fan or ventilation duct, with the ventilation opening located on the roof or the upper part of the side wall, and equip it with an insect screen and a waterproof cover. The power cord should be properly secured to avoid exposure or entanglement. In windy regions, ground anchors should be installed to secure the ventilation equipment and prevent shaking.Internal Facility Installation
Install accessories such as toilet seats, sinks, and mirrors, ensuring that the sanitary ware is tightly sealed with the wall to prevent water accumulation and infiltration. The sink drain pipe should be connected to the designated pipeline to maintain smooth drainage. All hardware should be firmly tightened to avoid loosening.Anti-slip and Safety Measures
Lay anti-slip mats or choose flooring with a concave-convex pattern inside the toilet. Stick warning strips on steps and thresholds. Choose waterproof lighting fixtures, protect the wiring with sleeves, and install switches in dry locations. In places with low usage frequency in winter, the stored water should be drained to prevent freezing damage.Final Inspection and Debugging
Test whether the flush device, sewage pipeline, doors and windows, and ventilation equipment are functioning properly. Clean up installation debris and thoroughly clean the inside and outside of the toilet. Explain the daily maintenance points to the management, such as regularly cleaning the sewage storage tank, adding degrading agents (if applicable), and checking the airtightness of the water pipes.
