Mobile Shower Room and Toilet Quality
The quality of mobile shower rooms and toilets is influenced by multiple factors, including materials, functional configurations, installation and sealing, as well as usage environment and maintenance conditions.

Materials: High-quality mobile shower rooms and toilets feature a main frame made of lightweight square steel and angle steel, welded according to international standards for a sturdy and stable structure. The exterior walls often use metal-embossed insulation panels, which offer advantages such as wind resistance, aging resistance, high corrosion resistance, high flame retardancy, thermal insulation, and moisture resistance. The interior wall panels are made of double-sided fireproof boards, which are aesthetically pleasing on the surface and have a hard internal structure, making them resistant to wear. The主流 (mainstream) waterproof floor pan is typically a molded, one-piece fiberglass-reinforced plastic (FRP) pan, which is smooth, never rusts, is corrosion-resistant and durable, and is formed in one piece without seams, preventing leaks at the source. The roof often uses asphalt shingles with an internal layer of galvanized steel for optimal waterproofing. Doors and windows are made of plastic-steel or stainless steel profiles to ensure airtightness. The floor features a double-layer design with a base of solid wood flooring and a top layer of non-slip quartz tiles, achieving multiple purposes of moisture resistance, corrosion resistance, and non-slip properties. In contrast, inferior products use thin-walled ordinary steel for the frame without proper corrosion protection, leading to rust and deformation within one or two years of use. The wall panels are made of low-cost recycled materials with poor moisture resistance, causing bulging and water leakage when damp. The floor pan has simplified waterproofing, leading to long-term water accumulation and leakage. The electrical circuits use non-standard thin wires without proper leakage protection, posing safety hazards. The showerheads, bathroom cabinets, and toilets are all low-cost, off-brand accessories.
Functional Configurations: High-quality mobile shower rooms and toilets are tailored to actual usage scenarios, with sizes determined by the number of users. For sewage systems, water-flush systems are chosen for sites with fixed sewage pipes, while for temporary sites, self-contained sewage tanks (with a capacity of 100-200L being ideal) in a packaged or vacuum extraction design are preferred, with attention paid to odor control. In areas with high summer temperatures, models with ventilation windows are selected to ensure air circulation. Internal amenities such as non-slip mats, safety handrails, sinks, and toilet paper holders are also provided.
Installation and Sealing: Before installation, site conditions must be confirmed, with ground flatness, wall perpendicularity, and drainage slope all meeting standards. The standard installation process includes leveling the base pan, drilling and fixing the wall frame, assembling the glass components, and finally applying silicone sealant. The sealant must be applied evenly and continuously to all seams.
In addition, the quality of mobile shower rooms and toilets is also affected by factors such as the usage environment and maintenance conditions.
