Mobile Sanitary Toilet Installation
Admin October 10, 2026
The installation of mobile sanitary toilets requires selecting corresponding steps based on the specific type. Common types and installation methods are as follows:

I. Installation of Simple Mobile Toilets
These products are usually of independent structure, and the installation process is relatively simple, mainly divided into the following steps:
- Unpacking and Inspection: After opening the package, check the parts list to confirm that the toilet body, sealing ring, sewage pipe, fixing screws, etc., are all present to avoid affecting subsequent installation due to missing parts.
- Assembling the Main Body: Align the toilet base with the seat part and snap them together. Some models need to be fixed by rotating or pressing to ensure there is no looseness at the connection.
- Installing the Sewage Pipe: Connect one end of the matching sewage pipe to the bottom interface of the toilet and extend the other end to the preset sewage outlet or collection container. Ensure that the pipe slope is reasonable (usually ≥5%) to avoid blockage.
- Sealing Treatment: Install a sealing ring at the contact area between the toilet and the ground to prevent odor leakage. If the ground is soft (such as soil), dig a shallow pit and fill it with fine sand to enhance stability.
- Fixing and Debugging: Fix the toilet to the ground with screws (pre-drill holes for hard ground). After completion, test the flushing function by running water to check if it is normal and whether there are leaks at the connection of the sewage pipe.
- Subsequent Operations: For further guidance, contact customer service to obtain video tutorials or refer to the illustrations in the instruction manual.
II. Installation of Mobile Toilets (Including Guard Booth Structures)
These products are mostly modular in design and require professional tools and adherence to structural assembly logic. Typical steps are as follows:
- Tool Preparation: Prepare tools such as an electric drill, a 4.2-millimeter drill bit, a rivet gun, and a level in advance. Ensure that the installation site is flat and free of obstacles.
- Frame Assembly:
- Installing Inner Corner Connectors: Fix metal inner corner pieces at the four corners of the guard booth. Drill holes with an electric drill and insert expansion screws or rivets for reinforcement.
- Panel Assembly: Insert the prefabricated wall panels and roof panels into the slots according to their numbers. After alignment, drill holes at the splicing points (with a spacing of about 20-30 centimeters), insert rivets, and tighten them.
- Installing Functional Components:
- Dual-purpose Models (Can be used for squatting or sitting): Additional installation of flanges (ensure alignment with the center of the sewer pipe), angle valves, water inlet hoses, and showerhead components is required. Wrap the connections with Teflon tape to prevent leaks.
- Ventilation System: Install an exhaust fan and ventilation pipe. The pipe opening should extend outdoors to avoid odor backflow.
- Final Work: Test the flushing and drainage functions by running water. After confirming that there are no leaks, apply waterproof sealant at the panel joints and clean up the installation residues.
Precautions:
- Read the product instruction manual carefully before installation as there may be differences in details among different brands.
- It is recommended that professional personnel handle the water and electricity connections to ensure safety.
- The fixing method of the mobile toilet should be adjusted according to the ground material (e.g., chemical bolts for concrete ground and ground anchors for soft ground).
