Mobile Purification Toilet
Mobile purification toilets generally refer to mobile environmental-protection public toilets or eco-friendly mobile toilets. They are public facilities designed based on new materials and water-saving technologies, featuring environmental protection, water conservation, and mobility.

I. Structure and Materials
The frame of mobile environmental-protection public toilets is welded using national-standard steel. The surface is covered with anti-corrosion and fire-resistant materials such as color-coated steel plates, metal carved panels, or anti-corrosion wood, with a service life of over 20 years. The main structure is welded using national-standard light steel keels, meeting the requirements for overall lifting and facilitating rapid deployment and relocation. The exterior wall materials can be selected according to needs, balancing aesthetics and durability. Internally, they are equipped with an independent toilet pit partition treatment system: the urine channel utilizes gravity self-flow, while the feces channel is cleaned by a piston-type scraper mechanical device. The floor features an anti-slip design and is equipped with automatic flushing toilet bowls, ventilation and lighting systems, and standard facilities (such as toilet bowls, coat hooks, and vanity mirrors). Optional cold and warm air conditioners and air purifiers can be installed to enhance comfort.
II. Sewage Treatment Methods
There are four categories based on treatment technology:
- Water-flush and waterless suction types: A small amount of water is used to flush excrement, and the sewage is regularly cleaned by suction trucks. This is suitable for scenarios with a water source but a need to reduce sewage discharge.
- Recirculating water-flush type: Equipped with intermittent aerobic and anaerobic treatment devices, biological strains are added to accelerate the decomposition of organic matter. The treated water can be recirculated for flushing, achieving closed-loop water resource utilization. This is suitable for water-scarce areas or places with high environmental protection requirements.
- Dry packing type: Without a water-flush device, excrement is collected by biodegradable plastic bags. After use, the bags are automatically replaced and collected centrally for treatment, requiring no water throughout the process. This is suitable for arid areas or temporary events.
III. Core Advantages
- Environmental protection and water conservation: By using recirculating water-flush or dry packing technologies, water consumption and sewage discharge are significantly reduced.
- Flexible deployment: They occupy a small area, have a short construction period, and can be lifted as a whole, making them suitable for temporary or long-term use in public places such as scenic spots, service areas, and rural areas.
- Reusability: The main structure and materials are highly durable and can be disassembled and reassembled multiple times, reducing long-term costs.
- Functional adaptability: Basic or high-end facilities can be configured according to needs to meet the hygiene and comfort requirements of different scenarios.
Mobile environmental-protection public toilets balance environmental protection needs with practical functions through technological innovation and modular design, becoming an important choice for modern public facilities.
