Mobile Public Toilet Technology

Admin October 05, 2026

Mobile public toilet technology encompasses multiple aspects such as material structure, sewage treatment, intelligent water-saving, thermal insulation adaptation, and configuration functions.

Materials and Structure: The frames of mobile public toilets are mostly welded using national standard steel to ensure overall strength and stability, with a service life of up to 20 years or even 30 years. The exterior wall materials offer a variety of options, including color-coated steel sheets, metal carved panels, anti-corrosion wood, stainless steel sheets, and aluminum-plastic panels, meeting requirements for corrosion and fire resistance. The main structure is welded using national standard light steel keels to meet overall lifting requirements. The floor is made of anti-slip aluminum sheets or tiles to ensure safety during use.

Sewage Treatment Methods: Mobile public toilets employ various sewage treatment methods, including water-flush and waterless suction types, which rely on 220V voltage to drive water pumps and require supporting septic tanks or municipal sewage networks. The circulating water-flush type is equipped with intermittent aerobic and anaerobic fecal sewage treatment devices, adding biological strains and utilizing biofilm technology to accelerate decomposition. The treated water can be recycled for flushing. The dry-packing waterless flushing device uses biodegradable plastic bags to collect excreta, which are automatically replaced and collected for centralized treatment after use. The microbial degradation type decomposes excreta through special strains, achieving waterless treatment and is suitable for water-scarce or ecologically sensitive areas. The foam-sealing type uses foam to seal excreta, reducing odors and the spread of pathogens.

Intelligent Water-Saving Technology: By automatically collecting urine and hand-washing water and adding water-saving special agents, a low water consumption flushing effect of approximately 0.46 to 1.5 liters per person can be achieved, effectively conserving water resources.

Thermal Insulation and Environmental Adaptation Technology: Mobile public toilets are suitable for temperature ranges from -10℃ to 60℃ and can cope with extreme climates through optional thermal insulation layers ranging from 100-1000mm. The inlet size is uniformly 4mm to prevent foreign objects from entering and ensure the normal operation of the equipment.

Configuration and Functions: Standard configurations include toilet bowls (urinals), coat hooks, vanity mirrors, waste paper baskets, lighting fixtures, exhaust fans, door locks, and occupancy indicator lights. Optional configurations include heating and cooling air conditioners, air purifiers, anti-freeze systems, heating systems, background music, hand-washing basins, water-saving faucets, etc., meeting usage needs in different scenarios. Additionally, an intelligent control system is adopted to enhance convenience and safety during use.
