Mobile Public Toilet & Mobile Toilet
Mobile toilets are facilities that can be moved as a whole and provide toilet services to the public. They are suitable for various places and come in multiple types with distinct features.

Suitable Locations
Mobile toilets are suitable for stations, docks, tourist attractions, villa areas, newly-built residential communities, large construction sites, squares, densely populated public places, and bustling commercial streets. These locations often face difficulties in constructing fixed public toilets, have an insufficient number of toilets, or have an unreasonable layout. Mobile toilets can be flexibly deployed to meet people's temporary and periodic toilet needs. For example, in 2023, the Lanzhou Yellow River Scenic Area gradually installed and put into use mobile toilets.
Composition Structure
Generally, they consist of a fecal sewage storage tank (or fecal sewage treatment device), floor, sanitary ware, walls, washing equipment, water tank, roof, and mobile device. The specific composition may vary for different types and specifications of mobile toilets. For instance, a 30-square-meter mobile toilet has a double roof, metal carved wall panels with color-matching designs for insulation, and is equipped with sewage discharge, water inlet, and power supply. The size of a two-squat-position toilet can be customized, available in both basic and luxury versions. The luxury version has a larger overall size, rain protection facilities in the front, and public washbasins.
Type Classification
- By structural form: They can be divided into single-structure mobile toilets and composite-structure mobile toilets.
- By moving method: They can be classified as lifting and handling mobile toilets, and powered and towed mobile toilets.
- By sewage treatment method: They are divided into water-flush and waterless suction mobile toilets, circulating water-flush mobile toilets, and dry-packing mobile toilets.
Features and Advantages
They can be conveniently transported to any place where toilets need to be set up and can be used repeatedly. They have the advantages of mobility, combinability, and ease of transportation. Their design follows the principles of easy mobility, economic durability, environmental protection, ecological friendliness, improved efficiency, and humanitarian promotion. The overall structure is designed to be lightweight, using lightweight and durable materials as much as possible, with a sturdy structure. At the same time, the height and width of the toilets are controlled, and the mobile devices are complete and reasonable.
