How to Build a Mobile Portable Toilet
A mobile portable toilet can be constructed using a water storage tank. Here are the specific steps:

Tank Body Processing: Use an angle grinder to split the water storage tank in half, which will serve as the foundation for the toilet's main structure. Ensure the cutting surface is flat to avoid gaps during subsequent assembly.
Mobile Device Installation: Fix universal wheels at the four corners of a wooden board to create a movable base. Choose universal wheels with a matching load-bearing capacity to ensure the overall stability of the toilet.
Height Adjustment: Attach wooden strips to the upper edge of the tank using self-tapping screws. Adjust the interior height of the toilet by stacking wooden strips to meet ergonomic requirements. Ensure the wooden strips are tightly connected to the tank body to prevent loosening.
Entrance Creation: Use an angle grinder to cut an entrance on the side of the water storage tank. The size should balance usability and structural strength. After cutting, sand the edges to prevent injury to users.
Door Frame Construction: Install sponge strips on both sides of the entrance to form an elastic door frame. The sponge strips should be waterproof and ensure a tight seal when the door panel is closed.
Wall and Roof Assembly: Insert plastic soft panels into the gaps between the wooden strips to form elevated walls. Place the upper half of the water storage tank on top as the roof. Choose plastic soft panels with strong weather resistance and seal the connection between the roof and walls with waterproof glue.
Surface Treatment: Apply white waterproof paint to the wooden strips to enhance aesthetics and extend their lifespan. Ensure the paint covers evenly to prevent wood decay caused by missed spots.
Door Production: Use foam strips to拼接 (join) two discarded honeycomb wooden boards to make a door panel. Fix the door panel to the door frame with hinges. The door panel should be lightweight and ensure smooth opening and closing.
Drainage System Installation: Drill a hole at the bottom of the tank to install a drain pipe as a floor drain. Drill a side hole to connect a direct joint and place a plastic bucket as a water storage device. Ensure the slope of the drain pipe meets design requirements to prevent sewage backflow.
Sanitary Equipment Integration: Connect water pipes to create a bath heater system and connect a showerhead through a three-way joint. Place a toilet and fix the water tank, sealing the edges with glass glue. Connect the drain pipe to a sewage bucket to form a complete cycle. Conduct airtightness tests on all connections.
Handwashing Device Arrangement: Extend a water pipe horizontally from the three-way joint of the outlet pipe to the entrance as the inlet for a handwashing basin. Connect a soft tube to the interface installed in the hole on the door. The interface should be equipped with a check valve to prevent sewage backflow.
Supplementary Classification of Mobile Toilets: Mobile toilets can be classified by structural form into single-unit structures (independent units) and composite structures (modular combinations); by mobility into hoisting types (requiring lifting equipment), handling types (manual pushing), powered types (self-driven), and towed types (vehicle-towed); and by sewage treatment method into water-flush types (requiring a water supply system), waterless flush suction types (regular removal), and circulating water flush types (sewage purification and reuse).
