Mobile Portable Toilet
A mobile portable toilet is a facility that can be moved as a whole and provides toilet services to the public. It has the advantages of being movable, combinable, and easy to transport.

I. Basic Components A mobile portable toilet generally consists of a fecal sewage storage tank (or fecal sewage treatment device), floor, sanitary ware, walls, washing equipment, water tank, roof, and moving device. These components work together to ensure the basic functions of the toilet are realized. For example, the fecal sewage storage tank is used to collect and treat excreta, the sanitary ware provides convenience for using the toilet, and the moving device gives the toilet its movable characteristic.
II. Classification Methods
- By structural form: It can be divided into single-structure mobile toilets and composite-structure mobile toilets. The single-structure is relatively simple and independent, while the composite-structure may be composed of multiple parts and has more complex and diverse functions.
- By moving method: There are lifting and handling-type mobile toilets, which usually require lifting equipment or manual handling to move; and powered and towed-type mobile toilets, which can rely on their own power or be towed by other vehicles for more convenient and efficient movement.
- By sewage treatment method: It can be divided into water-flush and non-water-flush suction-type mobile toilets. The water-flush type uses water to flush excreta, and the non-water-flush suction type treats it by suction; the recirculating water-flush type mobile toilet can recycle the flushing water to save water resources; the dry-packing type mobile toilet dry-packs the excreta.
III. Characteristics and Advantages It can be easily transported to any place where a toilet needs to be set up and can be used repeatedly. This characteristic gives it a great advantage in dealing with temporary and highly mobile toilet demands. For example, when holding large-scale events, the position of the toilet can be flexibly adjusted according to changes in the event venue.
IV. Applicable Places It is suitable for stations, docks, tourist attractions, villa areas, newly built residential areas, large construction sites, squares, densely populated public places, and bustling commercial streets. In addition, some companies have developed folding toilets. After being folded, they are only 90 centimeters high and can be easily transported by pickup trucks or box trucks, making them very suitable for various event sites, construction sites, and remote areas.
