Mobile Plastic Toilet

Admin September 23, 2026

Mobile plastic toilets generally refer to toilet facilities that can be moved as a whole and set up at fixed or temporary locations. Some are made of plastic materials or are created through the modification of plastic products, with their structures and functions varying by type.

1. Mobile Toilets Modified from Waste Plastic Buckets

These toilets use waste plastic buckets as their core material, with functional upgrades achieved by adding auxiliary structures. Specific modification methods include:

  1. Mobile Devices: Install universal wheels at the bottom of the plastic bucket for easy overall movement; fix wooden frames or aluminum sheets on the outside of the bucket as support structures to enhance stability.
  2. Internal Facilities: Set up floor drains inside the bucket for drainage, and connect a water tank and a sprinkler head to form a simple flushing system; some designs add door panels or partitions to improve privacy.
  3. Applicable Scenarios: Mainly used for temporary events, construction sites, or remote areas, these toilets are low-cost and can be quickly deployed, but require regular cleaning of the fecal wastewater storage space.

2. Mobile Toilets Based on Water Storage Tanks and Pallets

These toilets use recycled water storage tanks as containers and combine them with plastic pallets to build independent units. Core construction is as follows:

  1. Mobile Base: Fix universal wheels at the bottom of the plastic pallet to form a towable base; place a cut and modified water storage tank on top of the pallet, with the tank's interior divided into functional areas such as a toilet area and a drainage outlet.
  2. Sanitary Facilities: Install simple toilets, faucets, and sinks, and connect a water tank and a showerhead through water pipes to achieve flushing and cleaning functions; some designs integrate small-scale sewage treatment devices to reduce odors.
  3. Advantages and Characteristics: The structure is relatively stable and suitable for long-term use; the water storage tank can be reused, offering strong environmental protection, but requires regular water replenishment and sewage treatment.

3. General Classification and Functions of Mobile Toilets

In addition to plastic material modification types, the general definition of mobile toilets covers a variety of structures and treatment methods:

  1. By Structure: Divided into single-unit structures (independent units) and composite structures (multi-unit combinations), adapting to different scale requirements.
  2. By Mobility Method: Include lifting and handling types (requiring mechanical equipment assistance) and powered towing types (can be connected to vehicles for self-movement).
  3. By Sewage Treatment: Divided into water-flushing types (requiring a water source and sewage pipes), waterless suction types (regularly transporting feces), circulating water-flushing types (purifying sewage for reuse), and dry-packing types (using biodegradable bags to collect feces).

The design of mobile toilets needs to comprehensively consider material durability, mobility convenience, and sewage treatment efficiency to meet the diverse needs of temporary or long-term use.
