Mobile Plastic Toilet Production

There are mainly two methods for producing mobile plastic toilets: using large plastic buckets and using PVC pipes to make mobile commode-style toilets. Details are as follows:

Production Using Large Plastic Buckets

1. Cutting and Installation of Moving Device: Cut the large plastic bucket at the 1/3 mark. Attach a large wooden board with four universal wheels, or directly install a sliding device at the bottom of the bucket for easy movement.
2. Heightening the Bucket Body: Fix wooden boards around the plastic bucket with screws, ensuring that wooden strips are evenly fixed on top; or nail several wooden strips into the bucket body to increase its height.
3. Making the Door Frame and Door: Use a cutting machine to cut the plastic bucket from top to bottom to form a gap as the bathroom door. Wrap and fix a wooden board along the edge of the door to form a door frame; process a wooden door and install it onto the door frame with hinges; other reinforcement and door-making methods can also be adopted, such as fixing synthetic wooden boards on the edge of iron sheets to reinforce the door.
4. Installing a Drainage Device: Use a hole expander to make a hole beside the bottom of the plastic bucket, and connect and install a drainage pipe as a bottom drain; or drill a hole to install a drainage hole, controlling the size of the drainage hole according to needs.
5. Making a Water Storage Bucket: Find a plastic bucket, make holes on the side and bottom respectively, and install water pipe connectors. Place it on top of the large plastic bucket to form a water storage bucket.
6. Making a Showerhead: Use PVC pipe connector fittings to make a showerhead, install a valve switch, make a hole and install it at the position of the water pipe connector at the bottom of the plastic bucket, and reasonably connect the pipes to achieve multiple functions; or use PVC pipes to make a showerhead, and use an electric drill to evenly drill holes to control the water flow.
7. Installing the Toilet and Washbasin: Before installing the toilet, connect a PVC pipe from the middle of the bottom of the plastic bucket to the septic tank, and separate a water pipe at the water inlet position for installing the washbasin; after installing the toilet, fill the gap at the bottom with epoxy resin glue.

Production of Mobile Commode-Style Toilets Using PVC Pipes

1. Preparing the Sliding Device: Prepare four plastic caps, use an electric drill to make small holes through them, thread screws from the outside in, screw in nuts and wheel combinations, and cut four small sections of straight pipes to tightly对接 (connect) with the plastic caps.
2. Making the Base Frame: Drill round holes through the side of the three-way cross,拼接 (assemble) the two side support parts, insert straight pipes into the reserved holes of the three-way to form the base frame, and install the sliding wheel covers.
3. Improving the Structure: Extend the straight pipes vertically upwards and the elbow reducers on both sides, install wooden footrests and the lower base, place solid wooden boards around and on top, and fix the backrest at the rear with screws.
4. Installing Handrails: Add and tighten plastic pipes as handrails at the four front corners.
5. Edge Treatment and Hole Making: Use a hose to wrap the edges of the wooden board, and cut a circular hole of the required size in the middle of the wooden board.
