Mobile Network Toilet

Admin September 23, 2026

An environmentally friendly mobile toilet is a movable and modular toilet facility that employs eco-friendly technologies to achieve water conservation and resource recycling. Some products incorporate smart systems for remote operation.

Technical Solutions

The technical solutions for environmentally friendly mobile toilets are diverse, covering waterless flushing, foam sealing, and water flushing types. The waterless flushing type does not require connection to water supply and drainage pipes. It treats excreta through biodegradation or physical sealing technologies, making it suitable for temporary locations without a water source. The water flushing type requires connection to water supply and drainage pipes but achieves water conservation through technologies such as rainwater collection and filtration systems and secondary toilet flushing with hand-washing water. Some products are also equipped with smart systems, such as bottom-level PLC data acquisition systems, 40-inch LED toilet stall monitors, and 4G remote monitoring modules, supporting remote operation of lighting and flushing systems via mobile apps to enhance management efficiency.

Structural Features

Its structure is primarily welded from steel, with the bottom welded from channel steel or I-beams and the columns using square steel to form a frame structure. Wall materials include color steel plates, metal carved plates, aluminum-plastic plates, and anti-corrosion wood, meeting both strength requirements and aesthetic and corrosion-resistant considerations. The frame design supports hoisting, facilitating rapid movement and installation to adapt to flexible deployment in different scenarios.

Application Scenarios

Environmentally friendly mobile toilets are widely used in temporary locations, such as large-scale events like entertainment performances, sports events, conferences, and exhibitions, as well as outdoor scenarios like gardens, tourist attractions, parks, campsites, and construction sites. In tourism scenarios, it becomes a key tool for balancing facility construction and environmental protection, such as being placed in geologically fragile areas to avoid ecological damage from traditional toilets or being arranged near observation decks during peak tourist seasons to achieve a "five-minute toilet access circle" for tourists and enhance service experience.

Product Characteristics

The product employs waterless eco-friendly technologies, with a steel frame as the main structure and weather-resistant exterior wall materials. It can operate normally within a temperature range of -20℃ to 50℃ and has a working voltage of 220V, adapting to most environmental conditions. Its modular design supports rapid assembly and disassembly, meeting short-term needs while extending service life through long-term maintenance, combining economy and environmental protection.
