The facilities related to mobile kitchens and toilets mainly include mobile kitchen and toilet units, portable toilets, integrated kitchen and toilet units in prefabricated panel houses, as well as kitchens and toilets in recreational vehicles (RVs), among others.
Mobile kitchen and toilet units are fully equipped with water and electricity and can be relocated anywhere. Internally, they are fitted with electric basins, flush tanks, switches, ventilation fans, exhaust fans, and installed drainage pipes, meeting basic needs for cooking and using the toilet.
Portable toilets can be moved as a whole and placed at locations with fixed or temporary needs, providing toilet services to the public and customers. They are suitable for a wide range of venues, including stations, docks, and tourist attractions. Typically, they consist of fecal sewage storage tanks, floor slabs, and sanitary ware. Initially made of wood, the materials have evolved to include fiberglass-reinforced plastic and polyethylene. Based on structural form, they can be classified as single-unit or composite structures; in terms of mobility, there are lifting and handling types, as well as powered and towed types; and regarding sewage treatment, they can be categorized as water-flush and non-water-flush suction types, circulating water-flush types, and dry-packing types. They offer advantages such as mobility, modularity, and ease of transportation, with designs following principles of convenient mobility and economic durability.
Integrated kitchen and toilet units in prefabricated panel houses come in a variety of prices and specifications. For example, in Tianjin, there are sales of simple prefabricated panel houses for construction sites with office kitchens and temporary toilets at 52.00 yuan per square meter; in Hangzhou, Zhejiang, there are customizable integrated shower rooms and bathrooms for apartments at 1900.00 yuan per set; in Yantai, Shandong, there are detachable packing-box mobile houses with male and female toilets, ready for installation and lifting, at 5700.00 yuan per set, meeting the needs of different scenarios and budgets.
Kitchens and toilets in RVs are relatively well-equipped. Taking the T6 Black Knight RV model as an example, it can be purchased for just over a hundred thousand yuan and includes one bedroom, one living room, one kitchen, and one bathroom. Below the kitchen countertop, there are a microwave oven, an induction cooker, and a double-door refrigerator, while the bathroom is equipped with a portable toilet, allowing for showering and using the toilet. The entire vehicle is also equipped with facilities such as a 200-watt solar panel and a 400-ampere lithium battery, ensuring usability in different environments.
