Mobile Intelligent Toilet Production

There are mainly three ways to produce mobile intelligent toilets: using a water storage tank, using discarded tiles to make a movable toilet, and customizing through a professional company.

Production Using a Water Storage Tank

First, split the water storage tank in half lengthwise. Fix universal wheels at the four corners of a wooden board for easy mobility. Then, use wooden strips to increase the height of the tank. Production of a Movable Toilet Using Discarded Tiles

First, place the toilet on the tiles and draw red marking lines along the edge of the toilet. Use an angle grinder to cut out a rectangular tile piece slightly larger than the bottom of the toilet. Place universal wheels at the four corners of the tile, drill holes, and fix the universal wheels, then cut off the protruding bolts. Put the toilet back on the tile, draw the outline of the sewage outlet position, insert a hose, apply cement to attach the toilet, install a water tank, a toilet seat cover, etc., and finally connect the sewage hose and the water inlet pipe. This method enables the reuse of waste materials and is relatively environmentally friendly. However, the production process requires certain tools and skills, and the overall stability may not be as good as that of professionally produced products.
