Mobile Huangling Toilet Assembly
Admin September 21, 2026
The assembly of mobile toilets needs to be carried out according to different types and scenarios, generally divided into two parts: the general assembly process and the assembly steps for indoor mobile toilets.

General Assembly Process
Demand Analysis and Scheme Design
Before assembly, it is necessary to clarify the customer's requirements for the toilet's size, functions (such as whether it needs to be equipped with a sink and ventilation system), and decorative style, and formulate a design scheme that meets actual needs. For example, mobile toilets in scenic spots need to consider the flow of people and durability, while those for temporary events should focus on portability.Material Selection and Structural Design
- Materials: Give priority to corrosion-resistant, lightweight, and high-strength metal materials, such as galvanized steel sheets for the structural framework and aluminum alloys for door and window components, ensuring long-term use without deformation.
- Structure: Design the wall, roof, floor, and door and window structures according to the design scheme, focusing on strengthening the stability and load-bearing capacity of columns, beams, and wall panels, while incorporating waterproof, moisture-proof, and ventilation designs. For example, the roof adopts a slope design to prevent water accumulation, and the floor is laid with anti-slip materials.
- Manufacturing Processing and Assembly Installation
- Processing: Use processes such as cutting, bending, and welding to process materials into components, such as cutting galvanized steel sheets to make wall panel frameworks.
- Assembly: Install the walls, roof, floor, and doors and windows in sequence, ensuring tight connections and waterproof performance. For example, use sealant at the joints between wall panels and the floor.
- Interior Decoration and Quality Inspection
- Decoration: Select moisture-proof, waterproof, and easy-to-clean materials for wall coatings and floor paving, and install toilet fixtures and water and electricity equipment that meet hygiene standards. For example, use PVC扣板 (PVC trim panels) for the bathroom walls and anti-slip floor tiles for the floor.
- Inspection: Check the structural stability, water tightness (such as simulated rain tests), and the operation of electrical equipment to ensure safety and reliability.
Assembly Steps for Indoor Mobile Toilets
- Pre-installation Planning and Preparation
- Type Selection: Choose from dry composting toilets (waterless flushing), packing toilets (automatic bagging), or micro-biological treatment toilets (microbial degradation) according to the usage scenario.
- Site Selection: Give priority to well-ventilated areas (such as near windows or where exhaust fans can be installed), ensuring that the ground bearing capacity meets the standards and is level.
- Size Measurement: Accurately measure the length, width, and height of the placement location, reserving at least 20cm of operating space.
- Supporting Preparations: For example, dry composting toilets need to prepare covering materials, and exhaust fans need to be connected to the outside, ensuring that there are power outlets nearby.
- Installation Implementation
- Unboxing Inspection: Check the component list and inspect for any transportation damage or missing parts.
- Main Body Assembly: Assemble the toilet seat base, treatment chamber, and toilet seat according to the instructions, use the accompanying tools to tighten the screws, and check the firmness of the connections.
- Placement and Leveling: Move the assembled toilet to the designated location and adjust it to a level state with a level gauge to prevent shaking during use.
- Function Testing: Connect the water and electricity (if required) and test whether the flushing, ventilation, lighting, and other functions are normal.
