The mobile house container tutorial can be divided into two parts: the construction of ordinary container mobile homes and the installation of foldable container mobile homes, as follows:

Construction of Ordinary Container Mobile Homes

• Chassis and Skeleton Construction: The steel skeleton chassis is welded with 14050 channel steel around the perimeter. For a 3m6m residential container mobile home, the chassis crossbeams are welded using 482.0 square steel, spaced 35 centimeters apart. The six columns of the house and the four perimeter beams of the roof are all fully welded using 552.0 square steel.
• Color Steel Plate Assembly: The wall and roof panels are composed of 50mm thick purification panels with white surfaces on both sides. Standard-sized sliding windows measuring 9301000 are installed, and the door is a specially made color steel plate door measuring 9302000. The chassis is selected with 18mm thick construction templates to ensure a load-bearing capacity of 200 kilograms per square meter.
• Interior Decoration and Facility Installation: High-grade floor leather is laid on the chassis floor to create a warm, clean, and waterproof environment. A lighting fixture is installed in the middle of the house, with the switch placed beside the door, sockets placed 60 centimeters above the ground, and an air conditioning hole opened diagonally opposite the door.
• Waterproofing and Safety Treatment: Window security grilles are installed, and waterproof sealant is applied to the windows, doors, and roof panels. The roof panel sealant must be glass curtain wall sealant, which has 5-6 times stronger waterproofing performance than traditional sealant and can withstand wind and rain for a long time.

Installation of Foldable Container Mobile Homes

• Pre-installation Preparation: Non-staff members should stay away from the installation area to avoid danger. Check the stability of the steel wire ropes, lift the main frame, and place support rods in the middle of the container to keep it stable after it is smoothly unfolded.
• Wall Installation: Push open one wall and tighten it with fastening screws, then push open the other wall with doors and windows and fix it with fastening screws as well.
• Overall Positioning: Lift the foldable container house to the predetermined installation location, ensure that no one is around, and then lower it. Under the operation of professional installers, the entire installation process takes about 3 minutes. During installation, non-professionals must not stand under the foldable container house or the crane to prevent accidents.
