On-site Installation of 3×6 Container Parts
This type of installation primarily focuses on constructing the bottom frame. During on-site installation, first determine the installation location, ensuring the ground is level and solid enough to bear the weight of the container. Then, according to the design drawings, accurately place each component of the bottom frame at the predetermined positions. Use appropriate tools, such as wrenches and screwdrivers, to connect and secure the components. During the construction process, ensure the frame's levelness and perpendicularity, using tools like spirit levels and plumb lines for detection and adjustment. After the bottom frame is constructed, conduct a thorough inspection to ensure all connection points are secure and reliable, with no loose or missing components, laying a solid foundation for subsequent installation work.
Installation of Foldable Container Mobile Homes
- Unfolding and Stabilizing the Main Frame: Before installation, carefully check the stability of the steel wire ropes, which is crucial for ensuring safe hoisting. Use professional hoisting equipment to lift the main frame and unfold it steadily, paying attention to controlling the speed and direction to prevent the frame from swaying or colliding. After unfolding, place support rods in the middle of the container body, ensuring their positions and quantities meet the design requirements to maintain the container's stability.
- Wall Installation: Push open one wall and tighten it with fastening screws to ensure a tight connection between the wall and the main frame. Then, push open the other wall with doors and windows and tighten it with fastening screws as well. When installing the walls, pay attention to their perpendicularity and flatness to ensure smooth opening and closing of the doors and windows.
- Hoisting and Positioning: Hoist the foldable container house to the predetermined installation location. During hoisting, arrange专人 (designated personnel) to stand guard around the area to ensure no one is nearby, preventing safety accidents. After placing the container house steadily, check its position and stability again and make adjustments if there are any deviations.
Installation of 3*6 Quick-assembly Containers
First, use corner fittings to splice the four columns together, paying attention to the perpendicularity of the columns and the tightness of the splicing. Then, secure the spliced columns with screws, ensuring the screws are tightened to prevent the columns from loosening. After each bottom beam screw is tightened, use an electric drill for secondary fixation to enhance the connection's firmness. During the installation process, follow a certain order to avoid installation errors or missing components.
