Mobile Home Container with Balcony
A mobile home container with a balcony can be achieved by modifying a truck container. Currently, there are relevant modification cases available for reference, but no relevant product pricing information has been found yet. Here are the specific modification points:

I. Basic Modification After removing the container from the truck, it needs to be cut. Cut off some of the iron sheets to prepare for the subsequent installation of the balcony, doors, and windows. Install wooden frames, using the two large cut sections as floor-to-ceiling windows and the small one as the main door. This ensures ample natural light and easy access.
II. Enhancing Compressive Strength To improve the container's compressive strength, a steel frame structure is used inside. At the same time, install water pipes and electrical wires to meet daily water and electricity needs. This step is crucial for ensuring the structural stability and normal functioning of the house.
III. Thermal Insulation Due to the poor thermal insulation of iron sheets, multi-layer thermal insulation treatment is required. After installing a frame on top of the container, add thermal insulation foam boards and then lay wooden boards as the roof. After that, apply asphalt for heat absorption and finally seal it with waterproof plastic sheeting to prevent rainwater penetration. Inside the container, add thermal insulation cotton, cover it with heat-insulating paper, and then lay plastic or wooden boards and paint them to further improve thermal insulation.
IV. Balcony Construction When the container is not large enough, four retractable wooden boards can be extended outward as an outdoor balcony area. First, build a steel frame to ensure the stability of the balcony, then lay wooden boards and paint them with wood paint for both aesthetics and durability.
V. Exterior Beautification To conceal the cheap appearance of the container, add thin wooden strips to cover the iron sheets and then spray them with black paint to make the exterior more stylish. After completing the exterior treatment, proceed with interior soft furnishings, installing bunk beds and bathroom sets, etc., to create a comfortable living environment.
