Mobile Finished Toilet Building

Admin October 08, 2026

A mobile finished toilet building is a facility that can be moved as a whole and provides toilet services to the public. It can be flexibly arranged in fixed or temporary locations according to needs.

I. Basic Composition
Mobile toilets are usually composed of core parts such as fecal sewage storage tanks (or disposal devices), floor slabs, sanitary ware, walls, washing equipment, water tanks, roofs, and mobile devices. For example, the mobile toilets produced by Dezhou Hongtu Metal Products Co., Ltd. have walls made of metal carved panels with color-matching designs, offering both aesthetics and thermal insulation. Inside, they are equipped with squatting positions, urinals, column basins, and other sanitary ware, with complete sewage discharge, water inlet, and power supply systems, allowing for immediate use.

II. Classification by Structure and Mobility

  1. Structural Forms
    • Single-unit Structure: Designed as an independent unit, suitable for scenarios with limited space or temporary needs, such as single-squatting-position mobile toilets.
    • Composite Structure: Composed of multiple modules, it can be expanded into complex layouts with multiple squatting positions and separate male and female toilets to meet high foot traffic demands.
  2. Mobility Methods
    • Lifting and Handling Type: Relies on lifting equipment or manual handling, suitable for short-distance, low-frequency mobility scenarios.
    • Powered and Trailer Type: Equipped with a power system or trailer device, it can be towed by vehicles for long-distance, high-frequency transfers, such as in tourist attractions or large event venues.

III. Classification by Sewage Treatment Methods

  1. Water-flush and Waterless Suction Type: Feces are discharged into storage tanks through water flushing or vacuum suction and are regularly cleaned, suitable for areas with a water source and complete sewage discharge conditions.
  2. Recirculating Water-flush Type: Uses biodegradation or chemical treatment technologies to purify sewage for recirculation, reducing water consumption and suitable for water-scarce areas.
  3. Dry Packing Type: Uses degradable bags to collect feces, requiring no water source. During cleaning, the packing bags are simply replaced, which is environmentally friendly and easy to transport, commonly used in remote areas without sewage discharge facilities.

IV. Core Advantages
Mobile finished toilet buildings have three major characteristics: mobility, combinability, and convenient transportation. Their modular design allows for rapid disassembly, assembly, and reorganization to adapt to different scenarios. Their overall transportation capability enables flexible deployment in temporary events, disaster relief, or remote construction sites, and they can be reused, reducing long-term construction costs.
