Spreading and seeking 'numbers' related to pornographic and vulgar content is unethical and violates laws and regulations. There is no such thing as 'mobile fake toilet numbers'.
Legal and Regulatory Perspective
In China, it is strictly prohibited to produce, sell, or disseminate pornographic materials. According to Article 364 of the Criminal Law of the People's Republic of China, those who disseminate pornographic books, periodicals, films, video and audio recordings, pictures, or other pornographic materials, and the circumstances are serious, shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not more than two years, criminal detention, or public surveillance. Those who organize the broadcasting of pornographic films, video recordings, or other audio-visual products shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not more than three years, criminal detention, or public surveillance, and shall also be fined; if the circumstances are serious, they shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not less than three years but not more than ten years, and shall also be fined. Those who produce or duplicate pornographic films, video recordings, or other audio-visual products and organize their broadcasting shall be punished more severely in accordance with the provisions of the second paragraph. Those who disseminate pornographic materials to minors under the age of 18 shall be punished more severely. Therefore, seeking and disseminating such 'numbers' is an illegal act and will be subject to legal sanctions.
Moral Perspective
Spreading and seeking pornographic and vulgar content goes against social public order and good customs and moral norms. Such behavior can have a negative impact on an individual's values and mental health, especially being extremely detrimental to the growth of adolescents. Adolescents are at a critical stage of physical and mental development. Exposure to pornographic content may lead them to develop incorrect sexual concepts, affect their normal sexual psychological development, and may even trigger serious problems such as sexual crimes.
The Essence of Public Toilets
As public facilities, the design and construction of toilets should primarily focus on practicality and hygiene. The purpose of public toilets is to provide people with convenient and hygienic places for excretion to meet their basic physiological needs.
