Mobile Environmental Toilet Technology
The technology of mobile environmental toilets is mainly reflected in intelligent systems, water-saving technologies, environmental protection technology solutions, internal treatment systems, as well as materials and design.

Intelligent Systems: Some mobile environmental toilets are equipped with advanced intelligent systems, such as bottom-level PLC data acquisition systems, 40-inch LED toilet stall monitors, and 4G remote monitoring modules. These systems not only support remote control of lighting and flushing systems via mobile apps but also offer convenient functions like wave-to-open doors, wave-to-replace toilet seats, and wave-to-flush. These intelligent designs significantly enhance the user experience while facilitating remote monitoring and maintenance by management personnel.
Water-Saving Technologies: Mobile environmental toilets employ various water-saving technologies, such as rainwater collection and filtration systems and handwashing water reuse for flushing. Smart water-saving ecological toilets further achieve a flushing effect of approximately 0.46 liters per person by automatically collecting urine and handwashing water and adding water-saving agents. This water-saving technology not only reduces water waste but also lowers operational costs.
Environmental Protection Technology Solutions: Mobile environmental toilets encompass various environmental protection technology solutions, including waterless flushing, foam sealing, and water flushing. Recirculating water-flushing mobile toilets are equipped with intermittent aerobic and anaerobic sewage treatment devices for fecal matter, adding biological strains and utilizing biofilm technology to accelerate decomposition. The treated water can be recycled for flushing. Dry-packing mobile toilets, on the other hand, lack water-flushing mechanisms; excreta is collected in biodegradable plastic bags, which are automatically replaced and collected for disposal after use. Additionally, there are microbial degradation mobile toilets that produce no sewage and feature odorless microbial degradation squat pans, making them even more environmentally friendly.
Internal Treatment Systems: Mobile environmental toilets are internally equipped with independent toilet pit partition treatment systems. The urine channel utilizes gravity flow, while the feces channel is cleaned by a piston-type scraper mechanism. They are also equipped with anti-slip floors, automatic flushing toilet bowls, and ventilation and lighting systems, ensuring cleanliness and comfort within the toilet.
Materials and Design: The frames of mobile environmental toilets are welded from national standard steel, with surfaces covered in anti-corrosion and fire-resistant materials such as color-coated steel plates or carved panels, offering a service life of over 20 years. Exterior wall materials can be selected based on customer requirements or the surrounding environment of the usage location. The main structure is welded from national standard light steel keels, meeting the requirements for overall hoisting. These designs not only ensure the durability of the toilets but also enhance their aesthetic appeal.
