Mobile Environmental Toilet Sales Contract

Admin October 10, 2026

A mobile environmental toilet sales contract should include the following key elements:

Contract Parties The information of both parties, Party A (the purchaser) and Party B (the seller), must be clearly specified, including their names, unified social credit codes/registration numbers, legal representatives, domiciles, and contact details. For example, in the contract between the Dingri County Culture and Tourism Bureau and Sichuan Zhonghuan Meijing Environmental Protection Equipment Co., Ltd., the party information is clearly marked to ensure traceability of legal responsibilities.

Contract Subject and Quality Standards The specifications and model of the mobile toilet (e.g., a 3+1 stainless steel toilet), quantity, unit price, and total amount (including tax) should be detailed. The product must comply with national standards, such as being clean in appearance, fully functional, and complete with accessories. The quality clauses should include acceptance criteria (based on samples or specifications confirmed by both parties), warranty period (usually 1 year, with some contracts specifying 3 years), and repair responsibilities during the warranty period. For instance, the Liaoning general contract stipulates that quality issues not caused by Party B during the warranty period require free repair or replacement.

Delivery Terms The delivery deadline (e.g., within 30 days after contract signing) and delivery location (a location designated by Party A, such as Dingri County, Tibet, or Kaifa 2nd Road, Pingdingshan City) should be agreed upon, along with rules for extension in case of force majeure or delays caused by Party A. The risk transfer point is typically when the goods are delivered to the designated location and an acceptance form is signed.

Payment Terms It is recommended to adopt an installment payment model:

  1. Advance Payment: 30%-50% of the total amount should be paid within 3-7 working days after contract signing (e.g., 50% in the Dingri County contract);
  2. Progress Payment: A portion of the payment should be made upon the arrival of the goods (e.g., 30%);
  3. Final Payment: The remaining amount should be paid after acceptance (e.g., 17%), with 3%-5% reserved as a warranty deposit, which will be paid without interest after the warranty period expires (e.g., one year after acceptance in the Dingri County contract). Party B must provide a valid value-added tax invoice.

Inspection and Acceptance Process Party A should complete the acceptance within 7 days after receiving the goods; failure to do so will be deemed as acceptance. If quality issues are found, Party A must notify Party B in writing within 3 days. The acceptance criteria should be based on the samples or specifications agreed upon in the contract, such as the Liaoning contract, which specifies that acceptance is based on samples confirmed by both parties.

Other Clauses Additional clauses such as liability for breach of contract, dispute resolution methods (e.g., litigation or arbitration), and conditions for contract modification and termination can be added according to actual needs to ensure the completeness and operability of the contract.
