Admin October 10, 2026

The mobile environmental toilet rental agreement typically includes clauses on rental items, lease term, rent and payment method, deposit, usage and maintenance, liability for breach of contract, dispute resolution, and other terms.

Rental Items: The agreement specifies the detailed information of the mobile environmental toilet that Party A rents to Party B, including the designated location, specifications, model, quantity, and equipment configuration. These details are listed in Annex I, the equipment inventory. Party A must ensure that the toilet complies with national environmental standards.

Lease Term: The agreement sets out the start and end dates of the lease and specifies the total number of rental months. Upon expiration of the lease term, if Party B wishes to continue renting, it must submit a written application to Party A a certain number of days in advance. Upon Party A's consent, both parties shall sign a new rental contract.

Rent and Payment Method: The rent standard is set at a specified amount per month, and the total rent is calculated based on the lease term. Party B must pay the rent for the current month by a specified date each month. The payment method is flexible and can be made via bank transfer, cash, or other mutually agreed methods.

Deposit: Party B must pay a specified amount as a deposit to Party A when signing the agreement. Upon expiration of the lease term, if Party B has not breached the agreement, Party A shall refund the deposit within a certain number of days after Party B has settled all fees. If Party B has breached the agreement, Party A has the right to deduct corresponding fees from the deposit.

Usage and Maintenance: Party B must use the mobile environmental toilet reasonably and must not dismantle, modify, or use it for other purposes without authorization. Party A is responsible for daily cleaning, disinfection, and maintenance work, and Party B must cooperate with Party A in carrying out relevant work. If Party B causes damage to the equipment due to improper use, Party B must bear the cost of repair or compensation.

Liability for Breach of Contract: The agreement stipulates corresponding penalties for possible breaches of contract by Party B. For example, if Party B fails to pay the rent on time, it must pay a penalty calculated at a specified ratio of the overdue rent for each day of delay. If Party B dismantles or modifies the toilet without authorization, Party A has the right to require restoration to the original state and impose a fine. If Party B fails to return the toilet on time upon expiration of the lease term, it must pay a penalty calculated at a certain ratio of the rent for each day of delay.

Dispute Resolution: The signing, performance, and dispute resolution of the agreement are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. In case of any dispute between the two parties, they shall first resolve it through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the people's court at Party A's location.

Other: The agreement is made in duplicate, with each party holding one copy. It shall take effect after being signed and stamped by both parties. For matters not covered in the agreement, both parties shall resolve them through further negotiation.
