Mobile Environmental Toilet Manufacturing

Admin October 13, 2026

The manufacturing of mobile environmental toilets can be achieved through two methods: using a water storage bucket or a water storage tank combined with a pallet, both emphasizing resource reuse and mobility convenience.

Manufacturing Using a Water Storage Bucket

  1. Basic Structure Construction: Split the water storage bucket in half with an angle grinder. Fix universal wheels at the four corners of a wooden board for easy mobility. Use wooden strips and self-tapping screws to increase the height of the bucket, providing space for installing other components.
  2. Wall and Door Frame Installation: Create an opening on the side, install a door frame and plastic soft panel walls to form an enclosed space. Drill a hole at the bottom of the bucket to install a drain pipe as a floor drain. Connect an interface on the side and place a plastic bucket as a water storage device for collecting sewage.
  3. Sanitary Facility Installation: Install a shower heater made from water pipes, connecting it to a showerhead via a three-way connector to meet bathing needs. Place a toilet and secure its water tank, with the drain pipe connected to a sewage bucket for feces collection. Connect the outlet pipe's three-way horizontally to a water pipe leading to the door as the inlet pipe for a handwashing basin. Drill a hole in the door to install an interface and a hose for convenient handwashing.

Manufacturing Using a Water Storage Tank and Pallet

  1. Mobile Pallet Preparation: Fix universal wheels at the four corners of a plastic pallet. Place a water storage tank recovered from a garbage station to provide a mobile base for the toilet.
  2. Tank Modification and Assembly: Cut the water storage tank along the top marked line with an angle grinder to form an open tank. Invert another open tank and secure its outer frame with self-tapping screws to create an enclosed space. Cut out a rectangular doorway measuring 180 cm in height and 50 cm in width for easy access.
  3. Internal Facility Installation: Drill a hole in the internal floor to install an elbow and water pipe. Seal the gaps and cut off the excess parts for drainage. Place the toilet and secure it with glue. Use wall clips to fix the water pipe and install a faucet. Secure a pipe cap with screws below and connect it to a water pipe as a drain outlet. Drill a hole in the pipe cap, apply glass glue, and fix a stainless steel basin as a handwashing basin. Connect the inlet pipe of the toilet water tank and the shower hose, install a showerhead and a toilet seat ring to meet basic sanitary needs. Finally, make a door using wooden boards and hinges and install a door handle to complete the toilet enclosure.
