Installation Method for Mobile Environmental Toilets

Admin September 27, 2026

The installation methods for mobile environmental toilets vary depending on the type. Here are the common types and their installation steps:

I. Ordinary Mobile Toilets These products are typically designed for easy assembly and are suitable for home or temporary use. The installation process can be completed in six steps:

  1. Unpacking and Inspection: Upon receiving the goods, first open the packaging and check the accessory list to ensure that the toilet body, water tank, sealing ring, fixing screws, etc., are all present to avoid delays in installation due to missing parts.
  2. Assembling the Base: According to the instructions, connect the toilet base and water tank using clips or screws initially. Pay attention to aligning the interface positions to ensure a secure connection.
  3. Installing the Sealing Ring: Place a dedicated sealing ring at the drainage outlet to prevent leaks. The sealing ring must fully fit the edge of the drainage outlet to avoid leakage due to installation misalignment.
  4. Securing the Toilet: Align the assembled toilet body with the ground drainage outlet, press down slowly to ensure the sealing ring fits tightly with the drainage outlet, and then secure the toilet to the ground with screws or expansion bolts.
  5. Connecting the Water Pipe: Connect one end of the inlet pipe to the water tank inlet and the other end to the water source valve. Ensure that the connections are tight and open the valve to check for leaks.
  6. Function Testing: After installation, flush the toilet to test whether the water tank's water storage and drainage functions are normal. Also, check the overall stability of the toilet to ensure there is no shaking or abnormal noise.

II. Mobile Toilets Requiring Tools These products are mostly metal frame structures and require tools such as electric drills and rivet guns for assembly, suitable for public places like scenic spots and construction sites. The installation steps are as follows:

  1. Preparing Tools: Prepare tools such as an electric drill, 4.2mm drill bit, rivet gun, and wrench in advance, and check that the tools are functioning properly.
  2. Installing Inner Corners: Fix the inner corners of the metal frame according to the design position. Use an electric drill to make holes at the marked positions, insert rivets, and then secure them with a rivet gun to ensure the frame structure is stable.
  3. Assembling Panels: Insert the prefabricated panels into the frame slots, align the edges, and then drill holes at the joints. Insert rivets and secure them. Repeat this step to complete the installation of all panels.
  4. Installing Doors and Windows: According to the design requirements, install door and window components on the frame, secure them with screws or rivets, and check that they open and close smoothly.
  5. Connecting the Sewage System: If equipped with a sewage pipe, connect the pipe to the toilet body and secure the interface with sealant or clamps to prevent odor leakage.

III. Stainless Steel Waterless Packing Squat Toilets These products are suitable for areas without sewage pipes and offer two installation methods: floor-mounted and in-ground.

  1. Floor-Mounted Installation: Place the squat toilet directly at the preset position on the ground, adjust the level, and secure it with expansion bolts. Connect the packing bag collection device.
  2. In-Ground Installation: Dig a pit in advance, embed the squat toilet in the pit, backfill with soil and compact it to ensure the toilet is level with the ground. Then connect the packing bag and exhaust pipe.
