Mobile Environmental Toilet Frame
The frame of the mobile environmental toilet is mainly composed of a frame-type structure welded from steel. The bottom is welded using channel steel or I-beams, and the columns are made of square steel, making the structure easy to move and install.

The frame design of the mobile environmental toilet fully takes into account its functional requirements and usage scenarios. The main frame is welded from steel, which offers advantages such as high strength, good durability, and strong processability. This provides a stable supporting structure for the toilet, ensuring safety and stability during use.
The bottom frame is typically welded using channel steel or I-beams. Both channel steel and I-beams have high flexural strength and torsional rigidity, enabling them to bear the weight of the toilet itself as well as the load from users. The design of the bottom frame not only ensures structural strength but also considers the contact area with the ground and stability to prevent the toilet from tilting or wobbling during use. Additionally, this bottom structure facilitates the lifting and movement of the toilet, making it easy to transport the entire unit to a designated location using lifting equipment.
The columns are made of square steel, whose four flat surfaces facilitate connection and welding with other components, ensuring the overall integrity and stability of the frame structure. The height and spacing of the columns are determined based on the design dimensions and usage requirements of the toilet, meeting both internal space needs and structural strength and rigidity requirements.
The biggest advantage of the frame-type structure is its ease of movement and installation. Since the entire toilet structure forms a single unit through steel welding, it can be easily lifted using lifting equipment and placed on a transport vehicle for movement to a new location when needed. Upon arrival at the new location, it can be quickly put into use after simple installation and debugging, significantly shortening the construction period and reducing construction costs. This characteristic makes mobile environmental toilets highly suitable for use in temporary venues or locations that require frequent relocation, such as large event sites, construction sites, and tourist attractions.
