Mobile Environmental-Friendly Toilet
Admin September 24, 2026
A mobile environmental-friendly toilet is a movable and modular toilet facility that employs eco-friendly technologies to achieve water conservation and resource recycling, suitable for various public places.

Technical Types and Sewage Treatment Methods
Mobile environmental-friendly toilets come in diverse technical types, which can be categorized into four types based on sewage treatment methods:
- Water-flush and non-water-flush suction types: These handle excreta through water flushing or suction, suitable for scenarios with a water source and requiring quick cleaning.
- Recirculating water-flush type: Equipped with intermittent aerobic and anaerobic treatment units, it adds biological strains and utilizes biofilm technology to accelerate the decomposition of fecal sewage. The treated water can be recycled for flushing, significantly reducing water consumption.
- Dry packing type: Without a water-flushing device, excreta are collected by biodegradable plastic bags. After use, the bags are automatically replaced and collected for centralized treatment, preventing sewage generation and suitable for water-scarce or highly environmentally demanding areas.
- Other types: These include foam-sealing types (using foam to block odors), packing types (similar to dry types but with a greater emphasis on sealing), water-saving flush types (optimizing water-flushing efficiency), water-free rechargeable types (requiring no water source), and microbial types (utilizing microorganisms to decompose excreta), meeting the needs of different scenarios.
Structural and Material Characteristics
- Frame and main body: Constructed using national standard steel or light steel keels with welding, the surface is covered with anti-corrosive and fire-resistant materials such as color-coated steel plates and metal carved panels. The service life exceeds 20 years, and the main structure meets the requirements for overall hoisting.
- Internal configuration: It features an independent toilet pit partitioned treatment system. The urine channel utilizes gravity flow, while the feces channel is cleaned by a piston-type scraper mechanical device. It is equipped with a non-slip floor, an automatic flushing toilet bowl, and a ventilation and lighting system, complying with the GBLT18091-92 standard.
- Exterior wall materials: Depending on the environment, options include color-coated steel plates, anti-corrosive wood, and stainless steel plates, balancing aesthetics and durability.
Functional and Environmental Advantages
- Water-saving effect: By adding water-saving special agents, it achieves a low water volume of 0.46 to 1.5 liters per person for flushing, far lower than traditional toilets.
- Resource recycling: The recirculating water-flush technology enables the purification and reuse of sewage, reducing emissions; the dry packing type reduces pollution through biodegradable materials.
- Reusability: It occupies a small area, has low land dependency, and has a short construction period, suitable for temporary or long-term public places such as scenic spots, service areas, and rural areas.
Configuration Options
Standard configurations include a toilet bowl, a coat hook, and lighting; optional configurations cover air conditioners (both heating and cooling), air purifiers, and sinks, enhancing user comfort.
