Mobile Double Toilet Installation

Admin September 21, 2026

The installation of mobile double toilets (dual-unit mobile toilets) must follow standardized procedures, with core steps including pre-installation preparation, key installation tasks, and precautions, as detailed below:

I. Pre-Installation Preparation

  1. Site Assessment and Preparation

    • The ground must be level and firm. Soft soil or sandy areas should be compacted or reinforced with a concrete foundation to prevent structural deformation.
    • Confirm the location of sewage pipe connections and reserve space for vehicle access and lifting operations to ensure smooth subsequent construction.
  2. Equipment and Material Inspection

    • Unpack and verify all components (cabin body, roof, pipe connections, fasteners, etc.), check for shipping damage, and confirm all parts are present before moving them near the installation site.
    • Prepare corresponding materials based on the product type (integrated or modular), such as sealant and expansion bolts.
  3. Tool and Personnel Preparation

    • Prepare lifting equipment (e.g., cranes), wrenches, spirit levels, drills, and other tools, ensuring heavy machinery operators are familiar with safety protocols.
    • If electrical systems are involved, arrange for a professional electrician to participate in wiring.

II. Key Installation Tasks

  1. Foundation Positioning and Leveling

    • Use measuring tools to mark the positions of the toilet's four corners, then slowly lift the cabin body into place using a crane, avoiding collisions.
    • After landing, use a spirit level to check for levelness. If tilted, adjust with shims until perfectly level to prevent door frame deformation or pipe connection difficulties.
  2. Cabin Connection and Fixing

    • Position and level the two independent cabin bodies separately, then secure them with dedicated connectors to ensure structural stability.
    • Apply sealant at connections for waterproofing and use expansion bolts or ground anchors to fix the entire unit based on site conditions, preventing displacement.
  3. Pipe System Connection

    • Connect the sewage pipe to the septic tank or preset sewage outlet, ensuring tight connections without leaks to prevent environmental pollution.
    • If an upper water system (e.g., for handwashing or flushing) is designed, connect the water supply pipe and test water flow, checking for stable water pressure.
  4. Electrical System Connection (if applicable)

    • Have a professional electrician wire lighting, exhaust fans, and other equipment, ensuring power cords are secure, well-insulated, and grounded to prevent electric shock risks.

III. Precautions

  • Ground Requirements: For long-term use, ensure the ground is level and hardened to avoid structural stress concentration or door frame deformation.
  • Maintenance Management: If unused for long periods, empty the water tank and perform regular cleaning and inspections (e.g., monitor water levels for flush-type toilets, replace packaging bags for bag-type toilets).
  • Sewage Method Adaptation: Adjust installation requirements for water, electricity, etc., based on the sewage method (flush-type, foam-type, bag-type, or microbial degradation-type).

The installation process should be adjusted based on the product type (integrated or modular) to ensure compliance with safety standards and functional requirements.
