Mobile Container House Specifications

Admin September 15, 2026

The specifications of mobile container houses vary depending on the product type and brand, with common dimensions roughly ranging from 3-12 meters in length, 2.4-3 meters in width, and 2.4-2.8 meters in height. Here are some specific specifications:

  • Standard Quick-Assembly Packing Box: Typically measures 5950mm×3000mm×2800mm, assembled using full bolts, requiring only 4 workers and 3 hours for completion without on-site welding. It features an independent drainage system, an elevated pitched roof design, and can withstand stacking up to 6 layers, making it suitable for construction site offices and employee dormitories.
  • Tianfeng Mobile Integrated Container House: Measures 6055mm×2435mm×2820mm, with interior and exterior walls made of 50mm or 75mm thick Tianfeng rock wool (PU-edged) or polyurethane sandwich panels, and corner columns formed from cold-bent galvanized steel plates.
  • White Quick-Assembly Box: Available in various sizes such as 3m×3m×2.8m, 3m×4m×2.8m, 3m×5m×2.8m, and 3m×6m×2.8m, featuring a rust-proof steel structure main frame, a color steel roof, and on-site assembly installation.
  • Products from Beijing Yuanhao Integrated Housing Technology Co., Ltd.: Standard width of 2.4 meters, expandable to 3 meters, with heights of 2.4 meters/2.6 meters, and lengths of 3 meters, 4 meters, 6 meters, and 12 meters, among others. Custom designs are available upon request.

Additionally, there are special types of container houses such as folding boxes, corrugated boxes, double-wing expansion boxes, and glass curtain wall containers, each with unique specifications and characteristics. For example, folding boxes have a collapsed volume that is only 1/5 of their expanded volume, facilitating transportation and cost savings; corrugated boxes use corrugated steel plates as the main exterior wall material, offering higher structural strength and excellent impact resistance; double-wing expansion boxes can expand the interior usable area to 2.3 times that of the original container, suitable for scenarios requiring high spatial comfort; glass curtain wall containers feature full-view floor-to-ceiling glass as the exterior facade, providing a transparent and modern appearance suitable for display purposes.
