Mobile Container House Floor Plan

Admin September 17, 2026

There are various types of floor plans for mobile container houses due to different designs and needs. Here is an introduction to some common mobile container house floor plans:

100-square-meter single-story small mansion: This design is formed by splicing two containers, with a relatively spacious and comfortable overall layout. The living room, dining room, and kitchen are designed in an open way, forming an open public activity space and enhancing the sense of transparency and interaction of the space. At the same time, there are two bedrooms planned to meet living needs, and a bathroom with a bathtub is equipped, improving the quality and comfort of living. This floor plan is suitable for people who have certain requirements for living space and pursue a comfortable life.

30-square-meter 12x2.5-meter container house: Although there is a relevant floor plan, its specific content is not described in detail. However, judging from the size, this is a relatively compact space, and the design may focus on the rational utilization of space and versatility to meet basic living or usage needs.

30-square-meter container house renovated by a couple: The overall layout is simple and practical. The furniture in the space of container No. 1 can be stored in the wall. This design greatly saves space. When certain furniture is not needed, they can be stored away to make the space more open. The house has areas such as a main living room, kitchen, and bathroom, basically meeting the functional needs of daily life. It is suitable for a couple to live in or as a small studio or leisure space.

20-foot and 40-foot container buildings:

  • 20-foot container building: The size of the 1-container Type A floor plan is 1800x2000, and the internal space is 1200x2000. This small-sized container building may be more suitable as a temporary office space, a small storage room, or a simple living unit.
  • 40-foot container building: The size of the 2-container Type A floor plan is to be determined.
  • 3-container container building: The floor plans of 3-container Type A, 3-container Type C, and 3-container Type D all include the floor plans of the first and second floors, indicating that this design makes full use of vertical space, increases the usable area, and may be suitable for situations where more functional areas or a larger number of residents are required.
  • 4-container container building: The floor plan of 4-container Type A includes the floor plans of the first floor, second floor, and roof, and the floor plan of 4-container Type B only shows the floor plan of the first floor. This multi-story container building can be flexibly divided into functional areas according to different needs, such as using the first floor as a public activity area and the second floor as a living area.
