Mobile Container House Construction
Mobile container house construction is characterized by low cost, fast delivery, diverse designs, and convenient transportation. Taking the construction of a mobile luxury villa as an example, the process is as follows:

Preliminary Preparation and Foundation Treatment
The construction team needs to segment and cut the containers according to design requirements to ensure the dimensions meet the structural needs of the villa. Aluminum alloy windows and glass doors are installed on the cut container bodies to enhance lighting and ventilation. At the same time, the indoor space layout must be planned to lay the foundation for subsequent construction.
Internal Structure Construction
- Light Steel Keel Installation: Holes are drilled along the container's iron skin to install light steel keels, serving as the indoor support framework. This step requires ensuring uniform spacing between the keels to provide a stable foundation for subsequent concealed electrical and plumbing work.
- Concealed Electrical and Plumbing Work: Electrical and plumbing lines are embedded within the keel framework, with switches, sockets, and exhaust duct interfaces reserved at key positions. The exhaust ducts must extend along the top of the container to the outdoors to ensure efficient ventilation.
- Ceiling Construction: Foam boards are used as the base layer, with oriented strand board (OSB) applied on top to enhance structural strength. For waterproofing, torch-applied roll waterproofing materials are used, achieving seamless adhesion through high-temperature melting to effectively prevent leaks.
Internal Decoration and Functional Enhancement
- Wall Treatment: Foam adhesive is used to fill the inner sides of the keels, improving sound insulation and thermal insulation. The outer sides are finished with high-density decorative paper, and an additional layer of gypsum board is applied to enhance flatness.
- Surface Construction: After smoothing the indoor putty, latex paint is applied to ensure a smooth and even wall surface. The exterior is wrapped with specially made panels around the frame to enhance overall aesthetics and durability.
- Leisure Area Expansion: Steel frames are built around the container windows to create outdoor leisure spaces, such as balconies or viewing platforms, adding functional diversity.
Transportation and Installation Advantages
Mobile container houses adopt a modular design, allowing component materials to be transported by trucks to the installation site for rapid assembly by a professional team. This model is particularly suitable for units that frequently change construction sites, significantly shortening the construction period and reducing logistics costs. Its flexibility is also reflected in the diversity of designs, enabling customization from simple housing to luxury villas through different container combinations and decoration schemes.
