Mobile Construction Site Toilet Production

Admin October 02, 2026

There are mainly two production methods for mobile construction site toilets: using water storage tanks and pallets, and using square tubes to weld an overall frame.

Production Using Water Storage Tanks and Pallets

  1. Basic Frame Construction: Fix universal wheels at the four corners of the bottom of the pallet to ensure the toilet can move flexibly. Then place the water storage tank on the pallet, which serves as the main water storage and structural support part of the toilet.
  2. Water Storage Tank Modification: Use an angle grinder to cut along the marked lines on the top of the water storage tank to form an open-top tank. Stack two open-top water storage tanks upside down and fix them with self-tapping screws to increase the internal space of the toilet. Then cut out a rectangular opening to form a doorway for easy access.
  3. Internal Facility Installation: Drill a hole in the floor inside the water storage tank, insert an elbow to connect the water pipe, and provide water for the toilet. Install and fix the toilet to ensure stability during use. Fix the water pipe on the wall clips, install a faucet for hand washing. Make a hand-washing basin with a stainless steel basin and fix it. Connect the water inlet pipe of the toilet tank and the shower hose, install a toilet seat and a spray-type shower head to meet basic hygiene needs.
  4. Door Production and Installation: Make a door with wooden boards and hinges and install a door handle to ensure the privacy of the toilet.

Production Using Square Tubes to Weld an Overall Frame

  1. Frame Welding: Taking the production of a 3-meter-wide and 6-meter-long square tube box toilet as an example, the overall frame is welded using 10*10 1.5-thick square tubes to ensure the firmness and stability of the frame.
  2. Space Planning: Design the left side of the toilet interior as a men's restroom and the right side as a women's restroom to make rational use of space and meet the usage needs of different genders.
  3. Facility Equipment: Equip with a special door for the box room to ensure the airtightness and safety of the toilet. Install a ceramic hand-washing basin to improve the user experience. Lay anti-slip floor rubber on the entire floor to prevent people from slipping in the toilet and ensure safety.
